又出线了！！！！！！

又又又出线了！！！！！！
很兴奋
但是感觉没有了去年那种兴奋了，因为比赛结束就知道结果了...

我们学校分到了三个地方的0.66比例 哈哈哈哈 真不赖～
去年真幸运，今年更幸运，太幸运了～

Hi, Asian Directors:
Asia is getting bigger and bigger. We got 31 teams to Finals.
The selection of teams to World Finals is getting harder and harder.
I am using the same formula I used last year for
this year selection. The attached file is the final
recommendation list. Marsha will send out notification
for World Finals to all Asian teams on Dec 27.

笔者按：解释一下hwang CJ的出线规则：
1. 按赛区报名人数（应该还有别的什么规则我不太清楚了）获得赛区出现比例（ []中表明，前面是应该出线比例，后边是实际出线比例）
2. 如果一个学校只在一个赛区获得出线一个，其所占比例算1。
3. 如果一个学校在多个赛区获得出线资格，本地（domestic）算0.66，非本地算0.33。

笔者按：觉得我们大陆出线的队伍挺多的了，14个，我不知道亚洲其他国家地区学校的感受，算上香港台湾总共17个队了，一半还多，当然我们人也多。但是为了让更多的国家地区参与进来，就好象stju再强也只有一个队去final一样，咱们再多就有地方去不了了。
对于NUAA出线，我觉得让主办学校出线是黄教授折中的方案，办regional不容易，如果不给些优惠以后没人办了。又不能给多了优惠，多了其他学校又不服，所以只给一个成绩最好的喽。这是纯粹的管理问题。

周老师的解释：

你好!
有关名额分配是Poucher根据各个赛区的参赛学校数、参赛队数、解出一题以上的
队数、以及下属赛区的参赛队数计算出来的，见附件中的(

Dr. Poucher’s calculation on the registration count is a weighted system.

# of university has highest weight; # of teams has second highest weight;

Other smaller weighted factors are: # of teams getting non-zero scores;

and # of teams in the preliminary contest such as national contest, provincial contest, and university contest. Only those in the ICPC registration system are counted.)

注册在icpc.baylor.edu上的成都赛区的学校数为66, 是今年亚洲13个赛区中最多的,
南京赛区学校数只有61, 另上成都赛区解出一题以上的队数大于南京赛区, 所以成都
赛区的名额会比南京多一点点。 按理说成都赛区的复旦大学应该是不计算名额，
但不将复旦入列的话就需要在ICPC网站上修改相关的数据, 由于ICPC网站的成绩更新
非常麻烦, 考虑到后续的学校均是重复出线的队, 对成都赛区其他学校是否出线无
影响，所以黄教授就将复旦列入了。

为什么牺牲南京的名额去补成都的,,NUAA太占便宜了... 成都参加的队伍都没90个,,南京做出1个的都有90个,,网赛报名队伍也比成都多,怎么成都分的名额会多??? 不公平

南京不管从网赛人数，出题人数也不至于最低吧。4.1个，看起来不是很尴尬！另外复旦在成都加星，为什么也有0.66名额？
