使用 Outlook 是在使用 Blackberry 之后，目的是用来导入原来手机中的电话本。一直在手机中使用日历功能，顺便导入 Outlook 后，才觉得有个备份还是必要的。

Outlook on the Desktop 将 Outlook 直接搬到了桌面，无需启动 Outlook。甚至可以直接添加日程，收发邮件，俨然一副取代 outlook 的样子，哈哈
