今天的IBM面试总结

今天面试了两家公司。一个是上海的IBM，一个是苏州的捷迅。
中午1：30，收到IBM的黄老板（邱林说他们都叫老板）的面试，总体感觉我回答的不好，尤其是英文部分。复习一下考试内容吧。
问：你先做一下自我介绍
答：.... ...
问：你的这些情况基本上我都从你的简历上知道了。你提到你从高中开始就是面试入学的，你大学的成绩＆研究生的成绩如何？
答：大学成绩是32人中的第4名。研究生成绩因为大家都不一样，没有排。不过多数课程是90分以上，而且获得过三等奖学金。
问：你的简历上提到了你通过了项目管理师的两项测评，能解释一下嘛？
答：信息产业部的高级职称考试有一项是信息系统项目管理师。一共有三项，也就是三个考试科目。我通过了其中的两项，不过，当然要通过三项考试才能拿到证书。
问：你的简历上提到你通过了英语六级考试，分数是多少？
答：63
问：什么时候通过的？
答：98年12月
问：是几年级？
大学三年级上学期。
问：为什么申请IBM？在IBM的职业规划？
回答：对IBM景仰已久。上大学参观的第一个地方就是IBM实验室。而且在学习的过程中总是接触到IBM。非常赞赏IBM的开放＆宽容。.... ...所以对IBM有着很良好的印象，而且IBM给员工提供各种各样的培训＆成长的机会。我个人在IBM的职业规划是一个有项目管理能力的系统分析师或者一个具备系统分析能力的项目管理师。
问：你更加倾向于哪一个？
回答：有项目管理能力的系统分析师。因为我觉得我的个性更加适合这个职位。
问：那你能介绍一个你的个性么？
回答：勤奋，努力，脚踏实地，较好的执行能力，但是没有控制＆发放命令的欲望，所以可能更适合做系统分析师。
问：能用英语问你几个问题么？
回答：OK。
Q：what's your hobby?
A：reading and travel
Q：why do you like reading？what kind of books do you love?
A：I like reading when I'm a children. Reading can bring me knowledge and happy feel. the kind that I love, for example, geography and history books and major-related books.
Q: what's your opinion about software engineering process?
A: Software engineering process is very important to the sucess of the project. With proper software engineering process , the project can be done quickly and properly.
问：你还有其他问题么？
答：因为是邱林帮我投的职位，我不是特别清楚职位的具体情况，能否作以介绍？

接着，我说我觉得自己在做的Spring也有一些是处理国际化的。他说他也认为这个职位的工作与我的经历很贴合，才给我面试。 然后，我说，而且，想说明一下，虽然我是98年12月就通过了六级考试，不过后来也一直在学英语。在研究生期间，还曾经参加过GRE考试。 问：多少分？ 答：2300。 然后，在工作中，我发现自己用的技术不足够好，就从开源网络上寻找解决方案。这些开源框架的文档也都是英文的。
对方然后给我介绍了一下面试的流程。如果通过第一轮面试，会通知到上海去参加笔试＆进一步的面试。我问了一下这个评估大概需要多长时间，他说一周。然后相互致谢。 面试就结束了。 |
