        <title><![CDATA[Chrome是谷歌云计算的战略部署]]></title>

		<p>　　2008年，云计算的概念，突然风生水起，各个商业公司似乎纷纷开始摩拳擦掌的想要进入这一领域。号称几十亿，甚至上百亿美元的投资似乎能马上获得收益。好像我们马上就要进入云计算的时代。</p>
<p>　　云计算的最早提出者是Google公司的高级工程师，克里斯托夫·比希利亚。2006年秋，他向谷歌董事长兼CEO施密特提出了&ldquo;<strong>云计算</strong>&rdquo;这一计划。</p>
<p>　　<strong>云计算</strong>就是要让用户将数据全部存在网上，远程的数据中心，需要的时候，只要通过互联网连接至数据中心便可以拿到这些数据，而需要对数据进行计算处理的时候同样可以通过互联网联结至数据中心计算即可。</p>
<p>　　怎么理解呢？你可以把它理解成自己台式机的主机离自己很远很远，远到它在遥远的数据中心，但显示器和键盘就在手边。当然你手边的显示器和键盘已经和今天的有很大区别，他们可能是手机，也可能是手表，甚至可能是眼镜，我们把它称之为终端。</p>
<p>　　我们手里的终端也很简单，只要有一个简单的操作系统和完整功能的浏览器，开机后输入自己的用户名和密码，便可以享受云计算的服务了。我们不再需要往终端上安装庞大的软件系统，需要时，只需通过浏览器连接到提供云服务的公司便可以享受服务了。</p>
<p>　　很多人将<strong>云计算</strong>比作电力消费。100年前，人类用电都是各个农场和公司自己发电，但后来由于发电厂的出现，农场和公司逐渐关闭了自己的发电机，转而从更高效的发电厂购买电力。我们使用计算机的存储和计算能力时，就像用电一样，用了多少，支付相应的费用即可，也许你还可以选择包月。</p>
<p>　　事实上，当我们平时在使用浏览器上网的时候就是在使用云计算，例如搜索引擎，电子邮件等都是云服务。这些服务都具有云计算的特点：我们都是使用浏览器连接到提供服务的网络服务商的服务器上，执行搜索或者电子邮件操作时候的计算和存储都是都是在远程的服务器上，我们本地的计算机所耗费的只有浏览器这个软件本身带来的计算和存储任务。</p>
<p>　　Google在2006年推出了一种名为Google Apps的企业服务。Google Apps实际是一种云计算的服务，用户只需要使用浏览器连接到Google，所有的存储和计算都在Google的服务器上。</p>
<p>　　目前 Google Apps为用户提供了类似office的文字、电子表格功能还有电子邮件、IM、日历、网页创建等服务，可以实现协同办公。尽管功能简单，暂时无法和微软的Office相媲美，但是包括通用等一些世界著名公司却都在从使用传统的微软Office软件转移到使用Google App服务。Google App已经每年为Google提供了4亿美元的收入，并在不断增加中。</p>
<p>　　<strong>云计算正在使IT产业从操作系统为核心的时代向Web为核心的时代转移</strong>，云计算正在使Google成为这个新时代的主宰者。Google的所有软件都是以网络应用为基础，通过互联网在浏览器中运行。</p>
<p>　　个人用户使用什么操作系统已经并不重要，无论是Windows、Mac还是Linux都无所谓，因为云计算的所有应用都是通过浏览器执行。所有的web页面都在遵循W3C标准，未来的所有互联网应用也将继续遵循此标准，因此将不会出现我们今天碰到的兼容性问题。就像我们今天无论使用什么操作系统，也无论使用什么浏览器都可以享受搜索引擎、电子邮件的服务一样。</p>
<p>　　在这场Google和微软的IT竞争中，目前Google似乎是个劲头十足的毛头小子，微软虽然年富力强，但在后面追的时候却有点吃力。</p>
<p>　　云计算真的是未来的方向吗？倘若真的如此，<strong>浏览器才是用户端唯一重要的软件。</strong>9月2日，Google也推出了自己的Chrome浏览器，这是Google在云计算战略中的重要一步。微软在这方面已经下了很大功夫，短时间内，他的浏览器版本已经从IE6升级到了IE8.</p>
<p>　　当然，云计算在短时间内仍不可能成为主流应用，因为它在使用的时候，用户必须接入互联网，并且对用户的带宽要求比较高。我们距离24小时高速接入互联网的时代还有一段时间要走。</p>

		<p>　　百年前的顾拜旦先生想不到今天的奥运会竟如此光芒四射，半个世纪前的格特曼爵士更想不到残疾人运动会竟如此蓬勃发展。2008年9月6日在北京举行的残奥会，注定要像断臂的维纳斯雕塑，期待将生命的创造力、人性和人道主义之美，撒播人间。</p>
<p>　　如果说奥运会是从健全人的维度去

阐释人类精神的真谛，那么，残奥会就是从残疾人的维度，以更加打动人心的方式，阐释人类精神的真谛。据悉，全世界60多亿人口，残疾人有6.5亿；中国13亿人口，残疾人有8300多万，这是一个相当庞大的数字。每一个人都是人类弥足珍贵的财富，每一个人的身上都蕴含着一座无穷的精神宝藏，所以，属于数亿残疾人的残奥会是奥运会的延续，是奥林匹克精神的延续，在诸多竞技竞争的背后，写的是一个个人类共有的大写的&ldquo;人&rdquo;字！</p>
<p>　　尽管奥运精神提倡 &ldquo;参与比胜利更重要&rdquo;，但不可否认奥运会的许多项目是人类对体育艺术、运动极限的欣赏与欢呼，奥运会的奖牌牵动着无数人的眼睛，残奥会相较于此，其实更能体现&ldquo;参与精神&rdquo;。每一位运动员都是自己的天使，每一次奥运赛场的竞争都是在向世人展现一种感动、一种敬重、一种启迪、一种激励，正如古希腊哲学家德谟克利特所说：&ldquo;所有胜利之中，战胜自己是首要，也是最伟大的胜利。&rdquo;运动场上残疾的身体恰恰宣示了维纳斯之美：生命的创造力无与伦比、人性的辉耀展现无遗、人道主义的博大沁人心脾。</p>
<p>　　除了这些远大的终极目的外，残奥会还将向所有健全人提出无数命题和思考。&ldquo;千手观音&rdquo;邰丽华说：&ldquo;我不想总是呈现悲情的一面，而更愿意展示微笑。&rdquo;中国残联主席邓朴方说：&ldquo;我们不能将残疾人在赛场上夺取金牌的数量作为衡量一届残奥会成功的标准，我们更看重的是社会对残疾人这个群体的关心、关注、尊重的程度，在全社会营造这种关爱残疾人的社会氛围。&rdquo;残奥会更多是对健全人、政府、社会的心灵的震撼、思维的改观和文明的呼唤。&ldquo;己所不欲、勿施于人&rdquo;、&ldquo;推己及人&rdquo;，这些古老的哲学和人之常情，通过残奥会的运动员唤起勃发，从而使所有人给残疾人以人格的尊重、平等的权利、真诚的帮助，从而创造一种和谐的氛围让所有人共享文明。这样的考量，也正符合人文主义学家斯迈尔斯的名言：&ldquo;一个国家是否伟大，并不取决于它疆域的大小，而在于人民的品格。&rdquo;</p>
<p>　　当奥运会的热情从国人身上渐渐退去时，又一束生命与人性的圣火在北京点燃，当我们欣赏完奥运会的盛宴后，沐浴着奥运精神把目光投向残奥会，以奥林匹克的名义感悟赛场上的维纳斯之美，使我们的社会更平等、更博爱、更友善、更文明！</p>

听不少人说卡通片《功夫熊猫》特别好看，晚上约了朋友就去看了。说实话，看的时候让我十分惊奇，也十二分的佩服。除了有趣的动画特效，一流的专业技术之外，整个电影完整的体现了中国传统文化，无论从主体思想、哲学角度，还是美术细节等等，全部是相当正宗的中国范儿。中国式山水画、庭院建筑、服饰结构、中国功夫、礼节……<br>
<br>
我无法不佩服这样一个创造群体，因为他们抓住了中国传统文化的本质和本真。说实话，这会让玩电影的中国人感觉害臊的。老外也许离得远，才能更客观更有兴趣发觉一种异国文化。而我们生在其中，却往往缺少发现。或者发现了，却由于技巧和创造力的限制，无能去表现。这部卡通电影，丝毫没有辱华的意思，强加给它这个名称，显得自身太小气了。人家玩得好的东西，我们是应该学习的，否则这个民族永远没有进步。<br>
<br>
记得很多年前，有部电影叫《蝴蝶君》，记得里面那个主角是英国人，他也是被中国神秘的传统文化吸引，而爱上了一个中国&ldquo;女人&rdquo;，到最后才发现这个&ldquo;女人&rdquo;其实是个男人，并且是个间谍，最后他自杀了。那个自杀的场景很诗意很美，在《蝴蝶夫人》戏剧的舞台上……。看这部电影时，我就非常惊叹里面的舞美，是非常中国化的，相当审美。其实很多时候，用西方的眼睛审视中国传统文化，这个视角很独特，也许更容易做到客观。<br>

在这个躁动的时代，当我们把中国传统文化渐渐丢弃一旁，无暇顾及之时，老外倒是表现出十二分的聪明好学。他们对中国文化了解了，学会了，也演绎出来了，还做成商业了……。这的确是对自身文化的讽刺：让一个外来文化群体演绎中国文化给中国人看，而且演绎的还那般&ldquo;东方&rdquo;，连老子哲学中的&ldquo;无&rdquo;和&ldquo;无常&rdquo;的境界都谈到了。其实作为中国人，我们应该感到自信，瞧人家老外都能在电影里宣扬中国文化了。《功夫熊猫》在我看，其实是一部恭维中国文化的电影，里面的价值观人生观完全是中国式的，审美和意境全是中国式。并且也能瞧出对东方文化的一种虔诚，没有丝毫造作感。<br>
<br>
看的过程中，我一直询问朋友，这部电影是不是请了中国顾问了？朋友说，应该有吧。可是到了电影结尾看字幕时，没看出一个中国工作人员的影子。我出了一身冷汗，老外copy中国东西，太象了。反躬自省，我们中国人copy老外的东东，怎么没到这地步？西方文化中牛逼的东西，我们咋就没学那么好，那么象呢？我们是不是过于妄自尊大，不学上进呢？好学习、谦虚，从来不是坏事，学会了，就拿来所用，这才是一个国家最聪明的做法。<br>
<br>
我们这个国家的人，总是在盲目排外和盲目羡外的极端中徘徊，很少有真正聪明的作为。在我们中国人相互斗来斗去消磨时间之时，老外已经聪明清醒的学了好些中国优良传统的东西，为己所用。这就是选择的差距，理性的差距。<br>
<br>
不要说我们祖宗发明了火药，放鞭炮玩儿，老外&ldquo;拿来主义&rdquo;将中国的火药制造了炮弹。人家不讲谁先发明，只讲实惠和实用。虚名你们背着，实惠人家捞着，然后偷着乐。<br>
<br>

		<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 21.75pt"><span style=" mso-ascii- mso-hansi-">货币经济就是泡沫经济。货币就是欠条，而且是一种信用比较糟糕的、不需要归还的欠条。我们很难说这种欠条开的多或者少就是好事或者就是坏事。在借贷消费盛行、虱多不咬的心态主导下，货币膨胀就是一种时髦是一种好事情，大家都大把大把的收钱又大把大把地花费，寅吃卯粮的生活，心情可谓一个&ldquo;爽&rdquo;字了的。但是，当大家开始对这种充满泡沫的沸腾喧闹的生活厌倦，开始为将来担忧，希望生活建立在实际一点的基础之上的时候，大把的泡沫在手就未免成为一种焦虑。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 21.75pt"><span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 21.75pt"><span style=" mso-ascii- mso-hansi-">近几年来，世界金融的主调就是美元贬值，美元对世界上绝对多数的货币都在贬值，兑有些币种的贬值程度接近一倍，例如欧元，从</span><span>1</span><span style=" mso-ascii- mso-hansi-">：</span><span>0.85</span><span style=" mso-ascii- mso-hansi-">左右贬到最高</span> <span>1.1.6</span><span style=" mso-ascii- mso-hansi-">。美元的贬值让一些国家焦虑不安，伊朗先是用一揽子货币替代美元，现在已经干脆彻底丢掉&ldquo;一堆废纸&rdquo;（伊朗总统贾内德语），全面取消在石油出口方面用美元结算了。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 21.75pt"><span style=" mso-ascii- mso-hansi-">已经有人从&ldquo;阴谋论&rdquo;的角度把美元的贬值解释为另一场战争的开始。种种迹象表明，阴谋论有其可以成立的理由。美元自从金本位垮台之后做为世界的本位货币，曾经是各个国家外汇储备的首选，各个国家的经济实力对比都以美元储备为依据。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 21.75pt"><span style=" mso-ascii- mso-hansi-">美元的贬值导致其产品的价格暴涨，美联储的连续降息已经促成了可控制的通胀局面。由于美国对许多资产的垄断性，消费国不得不以大量的外汇储备来消费这些由美国所垄断的甚至是强迫性消费的东西，外汇储备的流失速度之快和当成储备的速度之慢形成明显反差。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 21.75pt"><span> </span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 21.75pt"><span style=" mso-ascii- mso-hansi-">千万不要因此就断言美元时代一去不复返了。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 21.75pt"><span style=" mso-ascii- mso-hansi-">美元和股票在金融学意义上没有太大差别，美元的走势也就像股市一样，受到大机构的操纵，操纵美元汇率的就是美联储。众多的投资人把虚拟的资产当作宝贝一样贮藏起来，待你的仓库饱满甚至扩建仓库的时候，这些虚拟资产的&ldquo;创造者&rdquo;就制造事端，促成贬值局面，股价一落千丈，待到你的满仓金银变成一堆废纸之后，它就会被其创造者用你当年为了储备而支付的巨大财富的一部分悄悄将之吸纳回去。待到各个国家的美元储备消耗基本见底，美元基本上回笼美国的时候，就是美元下一轮牛市的开端。之后在轮回的暴涨和重新被储备的状态，涨落轮回中，全球的资源就变成了美国人民的消费。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 21.75pt"><span style=" mso-ascii- mso-hansi-">美国的许多头面人物都开始出面唱空美国经济，但是不要轻信也不必惧怕美国经济进入衰退期的这些警告。这种警告或许就是要制造空头气氛，是逼迫美元储备国割肉斩仓的恫吓之词。</span><span>2007</span><span style=" mso-ascii- mso-hansi-">年美国</span><span>GDP</span><span style=" mso-ascii- mso-hansi-">总额是</span><span>13.2</span><span style=" mso-ascii- mso-hansi-">万亿美元，而位居第二的日本只有不足五万亿美元，换句话说美国的经济总量即便是狂减一半，它依然是世界第一大的经济体，何况，</span><span>GDP</span><span style=" mso-ascii- mso-hansi-">是基于消费的，而货币发行又是基于</span><span>GDP</span><span style=" mso-ascii- mso-hansi-">增长的，美国以拯救次贷危机为由拼命向银行业注资和重拾凯恩斯主义的刺激消费政策，都没有表现出真正打压</span><span>GDP</span><span style=" mso-ascii- mso-hansi-">增长、压制通胀形成的实际意图。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 21.75pt"><span style=" mso-ascii- mso-hansi-">尤其是信奉价值投资长期投资的人应该对美元的未来持有坚定的信心，或许等待的时间不短，但只要世界货币还没有统一（这几乎是遥遥无期的事情），美元还有涨起来的那一天，在可以看到的未来里，做为世界头号经济体，美国对美元的控制力是不需要怀疑的。</span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent: 21.75pt"><span> </span></p>
