Graham Baker has asked us to let supporters know that we have taken two forwards on loan from Crystal Palace for a month. They are Nathanial Pinney, who celebrated his 19th birthday this week, and has come up through the ranks at Palace, and Matthew Wright, an 18 year old target man, originally from Plymouth, who was released by Swansea at the end of last season. Woking travelled to financially-stricken Weymouth knowing that the Terras had been given a boost by their first away win at Bishop’s Stortford and by news during the day that the club had been saved from going into administration, at least temporarily.
Although the communication back from him has been limited, the latest information that we have about him is that he is currently looking to play elsewhere in Europe and we are not expecting him to come back to Woking to play.
