Guarantee是担保. 和warranty在法律上是不同.
如果warranty内提到的事发生了,提供warranty那方就需根据条款补救,如更换或保修.
但guarantee是担保所提到的事会或不会发生. 如果guarantee的事发生了,那guarantee那方就违约. 你把它修理好或换个好的给我我也可以不要并要求退款.
