		<p>症状：安装VMware后不能和局域网内计算机联星际,魔兽,CS等游戏，表现为无法加入对方服务器或者对方无法看见本机地图（前提是已经关闭了WINDOWS防火墙）</p>
<p>解决：右击&ldquo;网上邻居&rdquo;--&ldquo;属性&rdquo;，然后禁用VMware Network Adapter VMnet1和VMware Network Adapter VMnet8或者其他虚拟网卡即可。</p>

<p>解决办法：</p>
<p>$sudo apt-get update  更新系统补丁和更新源列表</p>
<p>$uname -r  查看系统内核版本<br>
2.6.27-7-server&nbsp;&nbsp;  Ubuntu 8.10 服务器版内核<br>
2.6.27-7-generic  Ubuntu 8.10 桌面版内核</p>
<p>$sudo apt-get install &quot;linux-headers-2.6.27-7-server&quot; gcc make  根据系统版本安装headers和编译程序,因为VM TOOLS安装过程需要gcc和make程序。</p>
<p>$sudo ./vmware-install.pl  开始安装VM Tools<br>
然后出现如下提示：<br>
What is the location of the directory of C header files that match your running <br>
kernel? [/usr/src/linux/include] /usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.27-7-server（我的是server版,如果是桌面版就是generic）/include<br>
回车即可，后面按照提示即可安装成功。</p>
