　　潘迎紫的年龄一直是个谜，她本人不愿多做回应，据《维基百科》记载她今年已62岁，面貌始终没有太多改变，她说：“我早在2、30年前就开始运动，以前一周运动5天，一次至少2小时，现在比较忙，缩减为一周3天，加上少吃肉、多喝水，无形保住了青春。”
