EP01
My name is Lucas Scott; I am a senior at Tree Hill High School.
I play basketball, at least I used to.
I have a girlfriend, at least I used to.
And, I have a best friend.
Tree Hill is just a place somewhere in the world.
Maybe it's a lot like your world.
Maybe it's nothing like it.
But, if you look closely you might see someone like you.
Someone trying to find their way;
someone trying to find their place;
someone trying to find their self.
Sometimes it’s easy to feel like you’re the only one in the world who's struggling,
who’s frustrated, or unsatisfied at barely getting by.
But, that feeling is a lie and if you just hold on;
just find the courage to face it all for another day,
someone or something will find the way and make it all okay.
Because we all need a little help sometimes,
someone to help us hear the music in the world.
To remind us that it won’t always be this way.
That someone is out there,
and that someone will find you.

我还有一个最好的朋友.
Tree Hill只是世界上的某个地方,

因为我们总有需要帮忙的时候,
需要某人来帮助我们聆听世界的弦音,
需要某人来提醒我们事情不会永远都不顺利,
而那人一定会在这里,
他一定会找到我们.

EP02
There are moments in our lives when we find ourselves at a crossroads.
The choices we make in those moments can define the rest of our days.

在我们的生命中 总会有这样的时候,
我们发现自己正处于人生的交叉点上,
而在那时我们所做出的选择,
将会决定我们的余生.

And,of course when faced with the unknown,
most of us prefer to turn around and go back.

当然 当我们对前方感到茫然时,
我们大部分人都会选择转身回走.

But, once in a while, people push onto something better.
Something found just beyond the pain of going it alone.
And just beyond the bravery and courage it takes to let someone in.
Or to give someone a second chance.

但 如果我们继续往前走,也许会遇上更美好的事
那时你不会再独自面对悲伤
那时你会有勇气来接受某人
或给予某人第二次机会

Something beyond the quiet persistence of a dream.
Because,it's only when you’re tested that you truly discover who you are.
And,it's only when you're tested that you discover who you can be.
The person you want to be does exist;
somewhere on the other side of hard work and faith and belief.
And,beyond the heartache and fear of what lies ahead.

那时你不会再死守着一个梦想,
因为只有经过了考验,
你才能真正的认识自我.
只有经过了考验,
你才能认识到你所扮演的角色
你想要成为的人就在这个世界的某个地方,
那个地方 是需要不懈的努力 信仰和信念才能到达的.
而那个地方,不会有悲伤和恐惧.

EP03
You ever look at a picture of yourself and see a stranger in the background?
It makes you wonder how many strangers have pictures of you,
how many moments of other peoples lives have we been in,
we're we a part of someone's life when their dreams came true,
or were we there when their dreams died.
Did we keep trying to get in,
as if we were somehow destined to be there,
or did the shot take us by surprise.
Just think, you could be a big part of someone else's life,
and not even know it.

你曾在哪张自己的照片里见过一个陌生人吗?
而它会让你去想 有多少陌生人会拥有你的照片,
有多少人的生活 是我们曾经接触过的.
当他们梦想成真的时候,
我们会成为他们生活中的一部分吗?
或者当他们梦想破灭的时候 我们又会不会在那里.
我们是不是都在不断的尝试着去进入别人的生活?
就像梦中注定般,
而那一天会突然来到我们面前,
想一想,也许你在某人的生活中占有很大的分量,
而你却浑然不知.

EP04
There comes a time when every life goes off course.
In this desperate moment, you must choose your direction.
Will you fight to stay on path?
Will others tell you who you are?
Or will you label yourself?
Will you be haunted by your choice?
Or will you embrace your new path?
Each morning you choose to move forward or simply give up.

人生总有这样的时候 一切都乱了脚步
在这令人灰心的时刻 你必须做出选择.
你会为了将一切维持不变而不断挣扎吗?
你会希望别人来告诉你 将要扮演的角色吗?
还是说 你会选择亲自为自己做出定位?
你会为你所作出的选择而惶恐不安吗?
还是说 你会喜欢上你所选择的那条崭新的人生道路?
每天早上醒来的时候 你是选择继续往前看
还是选择完全放弃.

There comes a time when every life goes off course.
In this desperate moment who will you be?
Will you let down your defenses,
and find solace in someone unexpected?
Will you reach out? Will you face your greatest fear bravely?
And move forward with faith.
Or will you succumb to the darkness in your soul?

人生总有这样的时候 一切都乱了脚步
在这令人灰心的时刻 你将会担当什么角色?
你会放松警惕,
期望从一个意想不到的人那里得到慰藉吗?
你会勇敢的面对心中最大的恐惧吗?
带着信念勇往直前.
还是说 你会屈服于你心中的黑暗?

EP06
Life comes at us from out of the darkness.
And at times we can struggle to find the courage to face it.

命运会从黑暗中降临.
在那时 我们可以挣扎着去寻找面对它的勇气.

When life comes rushing at you from our of the darkness,
who will you choose to face it with?
Will it be someone you trust?
Will they be wise?
And will their love for you help them to guide you to the light?
Or will they lose their way in the darkness?
Will they make noble choices?
Or will that person be someone untested, someone new?

当命运从黑暗中降临的时候,
你会选择与谁一起面对呢?
会是你信任的人吗?
还是心目中的智者?
他们的爱 会指引你走向光明吗?
还是说 他们自己会在黑暗中迷失方向?
他们会为你做出高尚的选择吗?
或者 他们会否是你从没接触过的 完全的陌生人

Life comes rushing at you from out of the darkness,
when it does -- is there someone in your life you can count on?
Someone who will watch over you when you stumble and fall?
And in that moment, give you the strength to face your fears alone?

命运会从黑暗中降临
当它到来时 你生命中是否有可以依靠的人?
他们会在你跌倒的时候关注着你
在那时,他们还会给予你力量 独自面对恐惧.

EP07
Regret comes in all shapes and sizes.
Some are small like when we do a bad thing for a good reason.
Some are bigger like when you let down a friend.

悔恨会以各种形式和各种程度出现.
有些很浅 就像我们为了一个好的理由去做了坏事的时候
有些很深 就像我们做了让朋友失望的事的时候

Some of us escape the pain of regret by making the right choice.
Some of us have little time for regret
because we're looking forward to the future.
Sometimes we have to fight to come to terms with the past,
and sometimes we bury our regret by promising to change your own ways.

我们中有些人摆脱了悔恨的苦痛
因为他们做出了正确的选择
我们中有些人是不会花时间去悔恨的
因为我们都着眼于未来
有时候我们会努力的与过去作斗争
但有时候我们又会许下诺言 要改变自己
以此来埋藏过去.

But, our biggest regrets are not for the things we did --
but, for the things we didn't do.
Things we didn't say
that could've save someone that we care about.
Especially when we can see the dark storm that's headed their way.

然而 我们最大的悔恨 不是我们做了的事
而是我们没去做的事.
而是我们没有说出口的话,
而那些事 那些话 原本可以拯救我们所关心的某个人
尤其是在我们能够预见 那些不好的事情将要来临的时候.

EP10
Have you ever wondered what marks our timing?
If one life can really make an impact on the world?
Or if the choices we make matter?
Sometimes in order to move forward,
you have to go back.
In this case, just a few minutes.

你可曾想过 是什么让我们止步不前?
一个人 是否真的能够影响整个世界?
或者说 我们的选择 真的重要么?
有些时候 为了走得更远
你必须后退.
在这种情况下 仅仅是几分钟的时间.

Have you ever wondered what marks our timing?
If one life can really make an impact on the world?
Or if the choices we make matter?
I believe they do.
And I believe that one man can change many lives...
for better, or worse.

一个人 是否真的能够影响整个世界?

我也相信 一个人可以改变很多人的生活
向好的方面 或是向坏的.

EP13
Do you ever wonder how long it takes to change your life?
What measure of time is enough to be life altering?
Is it four years like high school?
One year An eight week rock tour?
Can your life change in a month, or a week, or a single day?
We're always in a hurray to grow up, to go places, to get ahead.
And when you're young, one hour can change everything.

你可曾想过 要花多久才能改变你的生活?
改变生活 多少时间才算够呢?
是高中4年时间?
还是1年的奇妙旅程?
你的生活能在1个月内改变吗?或是一周?或是一天?
我们一直匆忙的过日子
成长 寻觅 超越别人的领域.
但当我们年前的时候 一个小时 就可以改变一切.

EP14
Do you ever wonder if we make the moments in our lives
or if the moments in our lives make us?

你可曾想过? 是我们改变了人生?
还是人生改变了我们?

If you could go back and change one thing about your life, would you?
And if you did, would that change make your life better?
Or would that change ultimately break your heart?
Or break the heart of another?
Or would you choose an entirely different path?
Or would you change just one thing, just one moment?
One moment, that you've always wanted back.

如果你能回到过去 改变自己生命中的一件事,你会吗?
如果你选择这么做了,
那改变会使你生活变得更美好吗?
还是说 那改变最终会伤透你的心?
或另一个人的心?
