This is a really nice application because it's easier to use then equo and makes it harder to blow your computer six ways from Sunday.

• The Box Icon:（盒子图标）
  
  This is called Packages. It's the first thing that you see when you start up Spritz. This tells you what packages are updated and you need to update. Up top are: 这是启动Spritz时你看到的第一个图案 This tells you what packages are updated and you need to update.它告诉你哪些软件包需要更新以及您必需更新。 Up top are:置顶的那一列分别是：
  Available: This shows you what packages are available to install.显示哪些软件包可进行安装。

  Show unapplied: This shows you un-applied security advisories and gives you the options to queue them up in the queue and you can queue them selected or all.显示你未打补丁的安全警告

Installing Packages with Spritz

Installing Packages via the Search function

1. Press the Available Button.
2. Enter your search term in the search box, in this case "apache". The search is completed, as you can see the initial entry in the search box (top right) and the results. 在搜索框里输入您的搜索字词“apache” 搜索完成，正如您所看到的最初输入的搜索框（右上）和结果（下图）
   
3. Left click on the required package and select install.左键点击所需的软件包并选择安装
4. Press the Package Queue button.点一下软件包队列这个按钮
5. This will bring you to the Package Queue screen, this screen shows you what packages are about to be installed. 它将带你到包队列的画面，这个会显示相关被安装的包
6. If you are happy with what is going to be done press the Process Queue button.
7. Now Spritz will install your selected packages现在Spritz将安装您选择的软件包。

Installing Packages via the Category View

1. Press the Available button.
2. Press the Category View button.
3. Select the approprite catagory in this case "www-severs" and then the corret package "apache"
4. Left click on the require package and select install.
5. Press the Package Queue button
6. This will bring you to the Package Queue screen, this screen shows you what packages are about to be installed.
7. If you are happy with what is going to be done press the Process Queue button.
8. Now Spritz will install your selected packages

Updating Your System with Spritz

1. When you are connected to the internet the entropy applet will automatically check if updates are available, if they are it will display a popup:
2. There are updates available! Click on the tray icon (it will be red with an exclamation mark symbol)
3. This will bring up a screen showing which updates are available.
4. To install the updates select the "Load Package Manager" button.
5. This will load the Spritz GUI on the Updates tab. To contuine select "add all" from the bottom left courner.
6. That will bring up a confirmation screen, check what is about to be done, then select "OK" to continue.
7. Press the Package Queue button (on the left side).
8. The updates you have added will be on this screen already, to proceed press Process Queue.
9. Equo will now Fetch and install your updates! w00t.
10. Enjoy your newly updated system :D

Updates

Update Button, lists any updates that are available for your system.

Note: Package versions may be different between portage and Entropy. So, if you've updated (either world or certain packages) using emerge (portage), Spritz may still show those packages as needing updates.

This lists all packages currently installed on your system.

Package Info

Either clicking this button, or double-clicking a package lists information on Package Information.

Package Categories

This section, lists available packages sorted by Package Category. To get more information on packages, double click package. To install package, right or left click on the square to the left of package name & description then select install.
