制片人 Producer - The chief of staff of a movie production in all matters save the creative efforts of the director, who is head of the line. A producer is responsible for raising funding, hiring key personnel, and arranging for distributors.
执行制片 Executive Producer - A producer who is not involved in any technical aspects of the filmmaking process, but who is still responsible for the overall production. Typically an executive producer handles business and legal issues.
制作人（Producer）将会雇用以下工作团队进行前制：

导演 Director - 主要负责电影中的演出部份，以及管理电影中的创意部份。
助理导演（或称“副导演”） Assistant Director (AD) - 管理拍摄计划表，负责电影拍摄的其他工作后勤协调部份。
剧本 Screenplay

剪辑 Editor
演员导演 Casting Director - 负责寻找适合剧本的演员。通常都需要进行演员的试镜。主要角色必须很慎重的选择，通常都依据演员的知名度和受欢迎的程度来决定。
场地管理 Location Manager - 必须寻找和管理电影的拍摄地点。大部分的电影都是在可以控制的环境下拍摄，例如制片厂的摄影棚（Sound Stage）；偶尔有必须在室外拍摄的部份，就必须出外景。
制片经理 Production Manager - 管理制作预算和制作计划。他/她也必须代表制片办公室，向制片厂的行政部门或财务部门报告电影拍摄的状况。
摄影指导 Director of Photography (DOP) / Cinematographer - 负责电影的摄影部份。他/她必须和导演、声音导演（DOA）和助理导演（AD）合作。
艺术指导 Art Director - 负责管理艺术部门，要进行拍摄场景的搭设、服装设计，以及提供化妆和发型的服务。
制作设计 Production Designer - 建立拍摄场景、服装、化妆和发型的的视觉外观和整体气氛、感觉。和艺术指导一起进行这些东西的制作。
分镜插画家 Storyboard Artist - 负责绘制图片，来协助导演和制作设计指导与制作小组沟通彼此的构想。
音效指导 Director of Audiography (DOA) / Sound Director (SD) - 负责整部电影音效的部份。他/她必须和导演、DOP和AD合作。
音效设计 Sound Designer - 创作电影所需的新音效。
作曲家 Composer - 创作新音乐。
舞蹈指导 Choreographer - 创作并编出舞蹈和动作，通常是在音乐剧中使用。有些电影也会有“武术指导（Fight Choreographer）”。
