		RS-232 串行通信接口<br>
RS-232 物理接口标准分为9 芯和25 芯D 型插座两种, 具体如下:<br>
1).接口的物理外观

<div class="tmpDiv">2).RS-232 串行通信接口和浪涌冲击防护<br>
RS-232 是美国电子工业协会EIA 制定的一种串行物理接口, RS 是&ldquo;推荐标准&rdquo;, &ldquo;串行通信&rdquo;是指在单根数<br>
据线上将数据一位一位地依次传送。发送过程中,每发送完一个数据,再发送第二个,依此类推。接收数据<br>
时，每次从单根数据线上一位一位地依次接受，再把它们拼成一个完整的数据。<br>
RS-232 标准规定，驱动器允许有2500pf 的电容负载，若每米电缆的电容量减小，通信距离可以增加，<br>
在远距离数据通信中（20 米左右），一般采用串行通信方式，它具有占用通信线路少，成本低廉等优点。<br>
RS-232 被定义为一种在低速率串行通信中增加通信距离的单端标准，采用不平衡传输方式，即所谓单<br>
端通信。<br>
典型的RS-232 接口中，任何一条信号线的电压均为负逻辑关系。即：逻辑&ldquo;1&rdquo;为 -5 ~ -15V；逻辑&ldquo;0&rdquo;<br>
为 +5 ~ +15V。要求接收器能识别低至+3V 的信号作为逻辑&ldquo;0&rdquo;，高至-3V 的信号作为逻辑&ldquo;1&rdquo;。信号<br>
在正负电平之间摆动，在发送数据时，发送端驱动器输出&ldquo;正电平&rdquo;在+5~+12V，&ldquo;负电平&rdquo;在-5~-12V。<br>
关于浪涌冲击的防护：<br>
&ldquo;浪涌冲击的TVS 防护&rdquo;是根据RS-232 的电平，选择12V 的关断电压，RS-232 的传输速率在0.011~0192<br>
MbPS,由于传输速率不高,使用双向的TVS，在发送驱动器的发送端口进行&ldquo;共模防护&rdquo;即可（在接收<br>
器端口也同样用&ldquo;共模防护&rdquo;），&ldquo;正&rdquo;的浪涌冲击使用TVS 的箝位特性进行箝位泄放，&ldquo;负&rdquo;的浪涌冲<br>
击也使用TVS 的箝位特性进行箝位泄放，TVS 的极间电容允许小于100pf。</div>

		以太网接口<br>
1). 互联网网络: 网络可以分为局域网和广域网，局域网主要包括以太网：10Mbps，100Mbps，<br>
1000Mbps 和令牌总线，FDDI 光纤数据传输。所以有10Mbps 以太网接口，100Mbps 以太网接口，<br>
1000Mbps 以太网接口，令牌总线接口和光纤分布式数据接口。 广域网主要包括E1/T1，E3/T3，通用<br>
串行接口和异步传输接口，同步光纤接口。<br>
2). 什么是以太网?<br>
以太网的基本特征是采用一种&ldquo;载波监听多路访问/冲突检测机制（CSMA/CD 技术）的共享访问方案，<br>
即多个&ldquo;工作站&rdquo;都连接在一条&ldquo;总线&rdquo;上，所有的&ldquo;工作站&rdquo;都不断向&ldquo;总线&rdquo;发出监听信号，但是<br>
在同一时刻只能有一个&ldquo;工作站&rdquo;在&ldquo;总线&rdquo;上进行传输，而其它&ldquo;工作站&rdquo;必须等候，待其传输结束<br>
后再开始自己的传输。<br>
以太网是一种基带&ldquo;局域网&rdquo;技术。<br>
以太网是当今现有&ldquo;局域网&rdquo;采用的最通用的通信协议，它是低电压供电，Vcc=2.5V。<br>
3). 10/100Mbps 以太网接口的浪涌冲击防护问题：<br>
浪涌冲击的具体防护电路如下图：它是很成熟的防护电路，网络传输 &ldquo;数据包&rdquo;的速率最大是100Mbps，<br>
要求TVS---SLVU2.8-4 的极间电容必须很小才能保证&ldquo;传输数据的完整性&rdquo;，SLVU2.8-4 的每一路单向<br>
TVS 的极间电容小于3pf，组成双向后是小于6pf，可以出色地保持&ldquo;传输数据的完整性&rdquo;，600W 的承<br>
受功率确保了&ldquo;以太网&rdquo;的安全.可靠。<br>

<div class="tmpDiv">千兆位以太网是一种新型高速局域网，它可以提供1Gbps 的通信带宽，采用和传统10M，100M<br>
以太网同样的CSMA/CD 协议。因此可以实现原有低速以太网基础上平滑. 连续性的网络升级。传统<br>
10M 以太网在客户/服务器计算环境中已很不适用，通信的拥挤阻塞推进了对高速网络的需求。<br>
`千兆位以太网由4 路收发器构成，每一路是250Mbps，图中的Tpop 是发送（数据包的突发），Tpon<br>
是接收（阻塞了发送）。在这样高的速率下，作为浪涌冲击防护的TVS，其极间电容必须小于3pf，否<br>
则不能保证&ldquo;信号的完整性&rdquo;。<br>

		<p>IEEE1394 高速串行接口<br>
IEEE1394 界面卡是IEEE 标准化组织制定的一项“视频数据传输速度的串行接口标准”。IEEE1394 接<br>
口俗称：火线，它的传输速率很快，分为：IEEE1394a---传输速率达到400Mbps；IEEE1394b---传输速<br>
率达到800Mbps；它是数字接口，数据能够以数字形式传输，不需要数模转换，从而保证了信号的质<br>
量。 IEEE1394 接口可以进行“热插拔”，即插即用，自动配置，数据不丢失。它的宽带宽适合于多媒<br>
体的实时数据传输。<br>
IEEE1394 接口分为两种类型：a. 6 角形的接口为6 针，其中有一条电源线，一条地线和两个双绞数据<br>
线，主要应用在台式电脑； b.小型四角形接口为4 针，没有电源线和地线，只有两个双绞数据线，<br>
主要应用在录像机（VCR），数字视频光盘机（DVD），音响设备，笔记本电脑，手持摄像机等。<br>

		<p>IEEE1394 串行接口的浪涌冲击防护问题：<br>
浪涌冲击防护主要针对小型四角形的IEEE1394 接口，因为它是便携式手持设备最常用的接口，由于<br>
1394 电缆的金属屏蔽层的作用，浪涌冲击防护主要以差模形形式出现，为此需要差模防护。<br>
根据IEEE1394a 接口和IEEE1394b 接口的传输速率，浪涌冲击防护需使用1.9pf 低电容的<br>
TVS---PLR0504F。</p>

		USB2.0 是传输速率高达480Mbps 的高速通用串行接口，USB2.0 接口主要用于外设的连接，而IEEE1394<br>
接口主要定位在音频/视频领域。<br>
两者的使用方法不同：USB 在连接时至少有一台电脑，并且必须需要网络集线器（HUB）来实现网络<br>
互连；<br>
IEEE1394 并不需要电脑来控制所有设备，也不需要网络集线器（HUB），使用<br>
&ldquo;网桥&rdquo;连接IEEE1394 网络；<br>
两者的智能化不同：IEEE1394 网络可以在其设备进行增减时自动重设网络；<br>
USB 是以网络集线器（HUB）来判断连接设备的增减；两者的应用程度不同。<br>
USB2.0 将设备之间的数据传输速度增加到了480Mbps ，比USB1.1 标准快40 倍左右，速度的提高对<br>
于用户的最大好处就是意味着用户可以使用到更高效的外部设备，而且具有多种速率的周边设备都可以<br>
被连接到USB2.0 的线路上，而且不用担心数据传输时发生瓶颈效应。<br>
1).接口的物理外观及针脚功能<br>

人手的插拔及人体的感应会将ESD 引入到&ldquo;接口&rdquo;，对&ldquo;接口&rdquo;构成威胁，ESD 会扰乱&ldquo;时钟信号&rdquo;<br>
和&ldquo;数据信号&rdquo;，造成数据传输的失误，严重威胁时会烧毁&ldquo;接口电路&rdquo;。<br>
防护ESD，保护&ldquo;USB2.0 接口&rdquo;的TVS 器件是PLR0502， 这个器件的极间电容小于0.6Pf, 对于传输<br>
速率480Mbps(相当于60MB 的频率)的USB2.0, 这个极间电容不会对&ldquo;数据&rdquo;产生任何影响, 其特点是<br>
ESD 侵扰时首先进入由&ldquo;控制二极管&rdquo;组成的桥式电路，负方向的ESD 通过&ldquo;负向的控制二极管&rdquo;将<br>
其箝位，正方向的ESD 通过&ldquo;正向的控制二极管&rdquo;经TVS 将其箝位，一个&ldquo;桥式电路&rdquo;提供了二条数<br>
据线的ESD 保护。</div>

		<p>HDMI 高清晰度多媒体接口<br>
HDMI 是消费性产品专属的连接方式，HDMI 特别定义规范了两种款式的连接器，&ldquo;类型A&rdquo;和&ldquo;类型<br>
B&rdquo;。它们与USB 接口的&ldquo;类型A&rdquo;和&ldquo;类型B&rdquo;是廻然不同的产品与概念。<br>
HDMI&ldquo;类型A&rdquo;（HDMI1.2），是单一连接专用的连接器，共有19 个信号管脚，所以能够传送的像素<br>
速率最高165MHz（视频宽度），每个像素可以用24 个位来展现就是4.95Gbps。<br>
HDMI&ldquo;类型B&rdquo;（HDMI1.3）连接器是双连接使用的，其视频宽度为330MHz（10.2Gbps），连接脚达<br>
到了29Pin，体积较大。<br>
HDMI 接口的供电电压是+5V，数据通信是采用差动传输方式，HDMI 传输数据的差动特性阻抗是通用<br>
的100 欧姆。<br>
HDMI 接口是目前唯一可以提供音频视频同时进行数字高清传输的接口，能够即插即用，最大化的减<br>
轻了系统众多连线的烦恼。<br>

HDMI 接口有热插拔能力，热插拔会对HDMI 接口电路造成瞬间的冲击，人手的插拔及人体的感应会<br>
将ESD 引入到&ldquo;接口&rdquo;，这些都对HDMI 收发器构成威胁。<br>
HDMI 接口4.95Gbps 的速度和热插拔特性意味着ESD 防护要有严格的要求,其中包括:<br>
①. 非常高的TVS 箝位速度(ns 级),超低的极间电容(≤1pf),才可以确保信号的完整性；<br>
②. 泄漏电流一直保持最低；<br>
③. 若干次ESD 冲击,TVS 特性不能变化；<br>
④. TVS 的输入/输出阻抗和HDMI 传输数据的差动特性阻抗100 欧姆匹配。<br>
HDMI 接口的浪涌冲击使用超低电容的TVS 进行防护，其中收发器有8 条信号线，控制线4 条和1 条<br>
电源线，共13 条需要TVS 进行保护。<br>

<p>双USB2.0 接口及ESD 防护<br>
随着USB2.0 接口技术的发展，近期又出现了&ldquo;双端口USB 主机控制器&rdquo;，打破了USB2.0 接口只应用<br>
在传统的PC 机和外围设备之间的通信领域，&ldquo;双端口USB 主机控制器&rdquo;是为了诸如DVD 刻录机，屏<br>
变LCD 电视或音频设备等设计的&ldquo;通用串行总线&rdquo;，它的数据传输速度是：高速（480Mbps），全速<br>
（12Mbps）和低速（1.5Mbps）,它采用了&ldquo;双端口配置&rdquo;。<br>
双USB 平行处理技术，保证浏览高清晰图片和高清晰数码流，同时也突破了USB 在嵌入式平台上复制<br>
速度的瓶颈，通过液晶彩电的USB 接口即可方便快捷地实现PC 机速度的文件复制功能。<br>
防护双USB2.0 接口的ESD 侵扰，使用PLR0504F，它的极间电容小于1.9pf ，承受ESD 的功率是200W，<br>
关断电压是5V ，PLR0504F 的结构是为保护&ldquo;双USB2.0 接口&rdquo;设计的如下图所示：</p>
