it was my third marathon so far this year..
again, siemen run has certainly done a good job.
(though i still cant get a medal for it.. zzzz)

this sunday will go for orange run at mutiara damansara..
hopefully i can hv a better time to complete 11km..
erm.. within 75 mins mayb..

sarawak trip. a nice city to go with. not bad.
one thing to tell u, i did not meet wit a kucing here for this trip..

最近开始跑起马拉松来···呵
先前跑了standard chartered (5km)的，印象只不过还好啦···
