说句实话，我把域名从万网转出到Godaddy，到今天为止总共耗时2个多月，其间的经历可谓困难重重。

具体经过可见这篇帖子，在这里我就不重复了，需要强调的是大家到ICANN投诉如果一次不奏效千万别放弃，一定要坚持不懈的投诉下去，我建议间隔时间约2周一次。（我2个多月总共投诉4次，平均间隔时间差不多就是2周一次，这样可以免去万网的推诿，原因自己想！）

另外，还有一点需要说明的是，我从6月初就开始在ICANN投诉，间隔2周投诉一次，直到8月7日才收到万网的Auth code信。

但我8月8日去Godaddy转入依旧被万网拒绝，连续拒绝我2次！（注意，是收到了万网Auth code后又拒绝我两次），我第3次上Godaddy转入，本打算这次不成功我就又去ICANN投诉说它还锁我域名，没想到居然这次莫名其妙成功了，正在疑惑的时候，顺手又打开信箱看了看，发现一封ICANN来信。

原来俺这p民的域名由于多次投诉未果，使得ICANN置我域名为高度关注状态，万网不敢不放手了，这贱货！看看ICANN对我的回复吧：（注意正义使者信件中标明的Priority状态^.^）

Dear xxx xxx:

Thank you for your inquiry. The registrar of record contacted ICANN letting us know that auth codes were sent to you. The registrar of record remains the same and we would like to close out this request. Please let us the status of the complaint and if further follow-up is needed.

This is my 4th times complaint a domain transfer HiChina Registrar(www.net.cn).

I'm the domain owner of xxxxx.COM, wanna transfer domains registrar from HiChina(www.net.cn) to GoDaddy.com Inc, but i can't do that, because they locked my domains.

I was complained this 3rd times in last 2 months, And I still can't receive my auth code and they still locked my domain.
