Let's just leave numbers aside.

The first set was an appetiser. I was not sure, so was Roger, I think. --Before this final, I just hoped last year's tragedy would not happen again. You know, killing Del Potro peacefully, straight-sets defeat of Roddick, but lost to Nadal in the final. This year, defeated Tsonga even without a break point! How about this final?--After breaking Andy's service for the second time, I was a little bit relieved. 6-3, and time for meal.

It was 2-1 in the second set when I got back in front of the monitor, and also Roger's serve. I was worried that something bad would happen when Roger missed 6 beak points in two games, including 3 in a row. But thank God his serve today was really strong! And 6-4, he took the second set.

In the beginning of the third set, Roger was a little tired for a while. Murrey finally broke his serve and took the lead, 5-2. But I truly believed that he would be back! Roger did have the chance to win the final without the tiebreak. But Murrey really fired up then and the tiebrak was a charm! I love tiebreak! By the way, there was something wrong with Murrey's right knee, when he was running in the 4th game of this set, as I remember. And the tiebreak record for two guys: Roger 266-177, --what a record!-- and Murrey 70-41, according to 许乃仁 as I remember. Finally Roger won in straight sets. Great KIng!

About this tournament, I love the way ESPN Taiwan do the program. In the match, they got their own commentators, like 许乃仁，刘中兴，詹俊，after the match, they do not cut off the signal from Australia, I guess, those two guys are funny and knowledgeable, especially VJ on the spot, in which the host VJ, who looks like from India, would predict the match coming on. After the final, VJ was jokingly asked by the other host Andy about other three majors this year. And he suggested we keep an eye on Chinese players, of course, he mentioned 李娜 and 郑洁. They are awesome at this tournament!

Roger was somewhat cool at the award ceremony. And his speech was something familiar. Also the master of the ceremonies, I'd like to say.

Roger showed a terrifc display against Andy Murray today, capturing his 4th Australian Open and 16th grand slam title 6-3, 6-4, 7-6(11).

"I'm over the moon at winning again. I think I played some of my best tennis again of my life these last two weeks," Roger said during the award ceremony. "So this obviously a very special moment sharing this with you guys. You get the best out of me."

Roger needed just two hours and 41 minutes to join Andre Agassi as the only man to capture four titles at the Australian Open (Agassi was also the last father to win a grand slam title - in Melbourne 2003). With a total of 16 grand slam titles, Roger is now two clear of Pete Sampras on the all-time grand-slam leaderboard. He will clearly remain on the number one spot for quite a few weeks to come!

It was clear right from the start that today's match would turn out a hard fight. Roger scored an early break, but had to accept his opponent breaking straight back. It was a tight moment from there, but Roger grabbed a decisive second break in the eighth game with a forehand winner before comfortably serving out the first set. The second set was clearly in Roger's hand, never giving away the lead he secured with a break. When Roger's intensity dropped slightly in the third set, Murray looked on the way of coming back. The Scotsman did not face a break point until he was serving to take the match into a fourth set, when Roger finally hit back with a break. Murray squandered five set points in the tension-filled breaker, and, opportunities lost for the Scot, Roger finally finished his tiring foe off on his third match point when the fifth seed netted a backhand.

　　有一项统计显示：每天花在交通工具上的时间，每增加1小时，肥胖的可能性就增加 6%。同样地，每天每步行1英里(1609米)，肥胖的机率就会减少8%。怎么样能够在上班不迟到之余又有时间来散散步呢？当你聊电话时，你可以在电话附近来回不停地走动；当你看电视时，在广告的间隙把自己从沙发上拉起来，稍微活动、拉伸一下。当然，想要好一点的效果，做跨步及蹲坐是最好不过了。去购物广场时谨记减肥戒律：不要乘电梯和自动扶梯。

　　6、储存零食的学问

　　如果你能把容易吃胖的零食藏在看不到的地方，就几乎相当于把它藏在想不到的地方了。把糖果放在桌上会便容易引起食用的欲望。因此，把糖果放在不透明的容器或者很远的地方，会让你忘记吃这回事。

　　7、一口一口细嚼慢咽

　　胃需要用20分钟的时间来发送信号告诉大脑，它已经饱了。所以当你吃得太快，大脑不会那么快就反应过来。结论：你意识到饱的时候已经吃过量了。使用筷子可以稍微调节进餐的速度，因为用筷子一次不会夹得太多。

　　8、把餐室照亮

　　餐室越昏暗，你就会吃得越多。为什么？因为较弱的光线使你更加放松、降低你的自觉性。另一项研究则发现，餐室越明亮，你会倾向于吃得越少。所以，考虑调节一下你餐室的灯光吧。

　　9、放松，放松

　　下一次被人气到了，先做10次深呼吸再问问自己：这有什么大不了的？还有一种方法：闭上眼睛，轻轻地用拇指按着太阳穴，慢慢地按摩，把不愉快的事情扔到一边去吧。

Yesterday is a great sunny day. 带上表弟和他女友去大桥边转了转，不会掐算涨退潮时间，也没多作停留，就去了生态农庄，which现在也是休整期，where全民大闯关现场都干涸了，工人们正在修葺一些设施，真人CS要预约，当然就我们三个人也不够，出来往回走，有些仿军事训练项目还是蛮好玩的，常去应该蛮能锻炼人的，有桥有铁丝网有绳墙还有秋千！玩了几个项目鞋子进沙了，这双白色的Reebok是我最喜欢的运动鞋，设计简单透气性好极其舒适，价钱还便宜，而且很配牛仔裤和运动裤，自07年在Robbie演唱会上看他牛仔加白鞋的装束就一直在寻找合适的搭配，去年和情人俩口子去杭州就穿着这牛仔配白鞋，可惜上身那件Reebok后面看来实在是不配，只有运动时穿了，可惜的是这么好的一双白鞋去年去广州时头上的胶皮破了，现在裂缝倒没变大，但雨天不穿了，算起来这鞋服役也超过一年了，但我是绝对舍不得把它丢掉的，时间长了就是舍不得丢，06年在东莞买的一双外贸Sketcher，黑面白底，底都磨穿了，一直在楼梯下静静躺着，只有身上的红色污渍提醒我最后一次穿它是在海通踢小场时。老妈说我这点及其像奶奶，还有我的唠叨，Jesus，am I talking too much? 其他几双运动鞋总有这样那样的缺陷。

I've played soccer three times since I came back from the Philippines, one at daytime and two at night. It seems night soccer in Haitong is not a must for me now. For some reasons, I've been prepared to accept the fact that there's no arrangement on no-rain Tuesday or Thurday night. Always keep a low expectation to that, and that'll reduce your disappointment. Just the same as not to put all your eggs in one basket. But the question is what if there are more than two baskets, three, or four?

Here's the story. There are two newly founded teams. In team A, I knew three guys since high school, and I played with them twice and got a set of clothes, including a long-sleeve T-shirt, a short and a pair of football socks.Team B is founded a little later than A, I also played with them twice, and they just bought the team clothes this week which wil be dispatched this weekend, of course, I'm in. From sport point of view, I prefer B. Though I can secure a Gary Neville place which is the same place in A, the team level makes a difference. B is a little bit more collaborated and you would be more nervous on pitch. Just like last Saturday, I was in B and we beat a strong opponent 5-2. Unfortunately, I strained my waist and it may take a long time to recover. From human relationship point of view, I'm irresolute. You know, nowadays, it's not easy to find someone familiar who still has the same hobby like you since you knew each other. And it's hart to find a partner who's working with you perfectly either.

May be the only reason that makes me to quit B is the team clothes is about Chelsea.

To B or not to B, that is a burning question.

如今在大街小巷飘香的串串香、麻辣烫很受年轻人青睐，在冬日里也是红红火火、生意兴隆。不过，这些街头的串串香、麻辣烫很难达到国家对餐饮店的卫生要求，由于场地有限，加上营业高峰时段供不应求，菜量供应大，而且缺乏完善的清洗、消毒设施，这些街头小贩的卫生状况很难保证：没能清洗干净的青菜上可能存在泥沙、农药残留、细菌，而且水煮是无法完全消除的；公用餐具在清洗后往往没有消毒程序；其中添加的食品调料缺少监控，虽然味道好，但很可能存在添加剂超标的问题，水煮时间长了反而危害更大。

7. Boracay is worth visiting. The beach, the road trip, the seaside, the sunset, and the diving, there's so much fun! But is not the same as Sanya. Boracay is more natural. It's a nice place for lovers. After sunset, you can order some food, grab a table, light up a candle, mumble with your beloved, listening to the surf. What a romantic picture!

8. About communication, you can buy a local SIM card, like Smart Buddy, for 40 p, and then buy a balance card, there's 100 p, 200 p, 300 p, 500 p, you can choose one. The charges are 25 p/minute for international calls, 15 p/text for international sms. In my hotel, the charge for international call is 352 p for the first minute, and 79 p for the succeeding minutes.

9. There are music bars in some Manila Hotels, I went to my hotel's twice. You can order a cup of soft drink or alcoholic beverage, appreciating the band, and leave until it put up the shutters. You can also make a request for the band to sing a song for you. I requested Feel (Robbie Williams) and She Will Be Loved (Maroon 5), the band sang the latter, not bad, frankly. It seems that Robbie is not popular in the Philippines. I searched the CD section in SM only to find one album, Escapology. And Nobody is very popular there. Some kids can dance with music. I went to a bar in Boracay, and requested Thank You (Dido), You're beautiful (James Blunt). It's a simple band, with a male guitarist and a female vocal. She replaced White Flag with Thank You and he sang You're Beautiful. Not as good as the band in Manila.

I went to the Philippines last month, which was also my first time going abroad. As there's no time difference between China and the Philippines, I jokingly said it was not about visiting another country. It only took 2 hours by plane from Hongkong to Manila, so it was just like a trip. Well, the first impression that the Philippines is truly a third-world country came into my mind when I saw the night piece of Manila after checking out of the airport. There were not a lot of lights on the streets and sometimes you could see some people lying besides the roads. The tourist guide (or dragoman, cicerone, ciceroni?) suggested us not to go outside alone at night in case of unpredictable situation.

As I did some study and made some preparation at home before, I was not surprised when I found there was only a few articles in the hotel bathroom you could use. I brought cleaning facial milk, shampoo, and shower cream by myself and some common pills which saved two persons' lives!

Here's a list of impressions, instructions and indications about this journey, with photos, ^_^

1. Manila Bay is beautiful, but you cannot walk on the dam, saying nothing of running on the dam, or the policeman nearby will stop you from doing so, for your and other people's safety.

2. Everything in the Philippines is slow. Patience is what you need. Room service, slow, I called twice for bed sheet; KFC, slow, I had queued for 40 minutes for my meal while there were only 7 or 8 people ahead of me.

3. More than 90% cars on the road are from Japan, TOYOTA, HONDA, SUZUKI. No VW cars, not a bit, you may see BMW or Benz every once in a while, but really seldom.

4. Taxi drivers may kill you like a pig. Don't be ashamed of bargaining. Take 200 p for example, you can said to him, one fifty, no? Ok, I'll take the next one.

5. Exchange rate: RMB to Peso, about 1:6; USD to Peso, about 1:46. So dollar is better. But be aware of the current rate!

6. SM Mall of Asia is a very good shopping center. I bought three pairs of LEE jeans. You can wander in it all day long. Can't find the way out? Relax, ask the policeman or policewoman, they'd be glad to help you. By the way, the natives are really friendly. Can I help you, sir? Thank you ma'am. Just every where. I was not comfortable with this at first, but then I said sir and ma'am first.

It's been a dream-time recently, cause I often had dreams when I sleep, some are good, and some are bad. Dreams at least implies that you are not in good shape. That's right! Firstly, My right leg got hurt last weekend, and night soccer is no longer a must for me, well I've mentioned that before. So, weekend soccer is especially precious for me, that's why I got hurt last week. I can still feel the pain on my right shinbone now, maybe I need to get some medicine tonight to make the curing process faster. I got a serious injury in high school, which I haven't told my parents so far. It's a long story. And I don't wanna them to get worried about me. Secondly, my weight goes up a little. Thanks for those snacks! Many kinds of fruits, toast with ketchup, nuts, even honey, and most important, they all come into my stomach before I sleep, so, a moment on the lips, forever on the hips, boy, you got to do more exercise to come back to you perfect form, 67kg, Jan 2004. Finally, is it a sign that you easily get tired to the poor health? I think so. 7-8 hours a day in front of computer, leaving dents where you sit and not moving for straight hours, less and less sports, so one thing leads to another, all of these add up to the final results. Poor man!

Ok, let's change a subject. I finished Friends! I just can't believe it! These six funny guys who have brought many laughters for me have to say goodbye to me, but don't worry, it's not the end. See? I've downloaded season 1 for recap. I'm gonna watch this soap opera all the time, for fun, for killing time, for my English, for my heart. How many scenes can you remember? "We were on a break" (Ross), "How you doing" (Joey), Chandler's jokes, Rachel's naivety, Phoebe's guitar play, Monica's thanksgiving meals. Oh, it's a real classic! Anyone learning English just can't miss it!

How about gossip girl? Well, the dialogues are a little bit fast I think. But I can still catch some words.

I've not posted a personal journal in about two months time. Maybe I could date back 2009 Wimbledon after Roger won his 15th major.

So what are you doing in the last two months?

-Well, I just go to work every day, do my job, dealing with lots of things. At weekends, stay at home, no hanging out, no shopping, no sports, just online games. Oh man! It really sucks!

What's the matter with you?

-I don't know. I feel really bored actually. You know, always feeling tired. And for the first time in three years, I have no joy in playing soccer at night. God knows! But I thank for all your support!

How's your English learning?

-Terrible! I did an online test of David Wu's English course, ended up a B1 result, maybe 60 of 100. Grammer and hearing, which used to be my favorite, are the weak points. My oral English is also lame.

Sound pretty hard, huh? Is there any sun shine?

-Well, you know, the National Day Holiday is coming soon.

Hahah, who do you think you are, big star.   Giving a press conference or doing an interview? Are you in your dreams? Ok, just an imagination. If you got further quetions, you could leave me messages. But I won't promise that I will answer each one of you.

In fact, life's getting better and better, isn't it? I do not post this journal today intentionally, but today is 8th anniversary of 911. And 60th anniversary celebration of our great country is under preparation. We got higher oil price rise and lower fall. The Financial crisis is still not over and more and more new cars are entering markets but the ones I love are still high above.

What a wonderful world!!!
