安装了 lmodern 后, 问题没有得到解决。

后来我用 convert etd.pdf etd.ps
这样声称的ps文件没有乱码，但是变得比较模糊，可以读。
后来把 ps2pdf etd.ps etda.pdf
得到的pdf文件和ps文件效果相同。
ps 文件很大（有9M），转成的pdf文件和原pdf文件相比也大了四倍。

解决方法：安装 xpdf, 可以打开etd.p
