位于上海外环线边的一幢工业厂房，

东边紧靠一条小河，四周环绕农田，视野开阔。

业主欲在此楼屋顶扩建一办公用房，以扩大原有办公面积。

最终方案将方形平面从中间一分为二，成为东西两部分，

向两边移位，留出空隙提供“一线天”似的采光效果。

围绕四周的水面渗透进中间的空隙部位。

由四排钢柱支撑的玻璃排房浮于水面上，

多条窄长的通道东西向穿过水面把原办公区，

新建的玻璃屋及观景平台串联起来，

成为具有四个回廊式的水乡感觉。

A factory building nearby a river is located in the suburb of Shanghai. Here is

surrounded by a flat agriculture. In order to enlarge the working space without

using another new land, a new office will be built on the top of the building.

Final proposal is to separate the square from the centre axis into two parts.

One office will be built in each part. There is a gap between the offices so

that skylight can go through the axis. A stream of shallow water surrounding

the offices goes into the gap. There are two hallways made by glass panels

cross the water as bridges connected between the offices. The roof-tops

are supported by steel pillars, glass panels constituted the surrounding walls,

allowing a view on the pond and move daylight inside the offices.

From outside, the offices seem to be floating on the water. The integration

of these elements reminds the tranquillity of water town in south of China.
