公元前一万年，年轻的猎人D'Leh为了营救被异族掠走的爱人Evolet，带领族人和盟军，跋山涉水向敌人的老巢挺进......
这片子在我这儿放了很久，每次打开看一段就不想看了，不为别的，就因为听见他们说英文。其实编剧完全可以自造一种语言再加上身体语言，何必用英文呢？据说，该片让许多人不爽，甚至喷饭数次，缘由大都是片中的场景与考古结论相悖，比如猛犸象、剑齿虎、马匹、玉米种子等。我对这些知识少有了解，看看大家的批判直当看热闹，我就只说说影片立意和角度吧。
故事其实挺简单，他们部落的人被另一个强大部落抓去做奴隶，年轻的D'Leh虽然对自己不是很有信心，但为了营救自己的心上人还是勇敢地上路了。一路上遇到很多凶险，也结识一些被那个强大部落欺负过的盟友，虽然看起来他总是走狗屎运，但重要的是D'Leh在经历中逐渐成熟。到得敌巢，在里应外合之下他们成功发动一场武装暴动，一举推翻压迫统治，解放了全人类。当然，D'Leh抱得美人归。这一系列情节，对于常看电影的朋友，很容易联想到《勇敢的心Braveheart》和《启示录Apocalypto》，可是远不及前者的激动人心，不及后者的精准震撼。片子似乎想牵扯很多东西：爱情、自由、奇迹、战争、团结、史前巨兽、社会制度、耕种文明的传播等等。于是，终于落入俗套，成了一个“标题党”。至于拍摄角度，我本来很期待一副展现公元前万年级别的历史画卷，比如那时人类的生活习惯和生活细节，那时候的生物多样性，那时候的气候特征等等，后来看到诸位网友的评论，知道这个奢望实现不了，于是猜想，即便是为了把故事讲明白，也该先建立当时的思维模式吧，现在发现，它只是让现代的帅哥美女回到过去重现经典罢了。
不得不提的是，女主演卡米拉·贝勒（Camilla Belle）真的很漂亮，我觉得她可以去演特洛伊战争里的海伦。
我的豆瓣评价：较差。
