User manager test added in uliweb-tests

In this test, you can see the: register, login, logout, settings(change password and change email, and portrait). Yes, this test support user portrait, and it'll automatically resize the uploaded image to (50, 50) size. There is a screenshot you can see:


If you want to use it, you should also install PIL package, using easy_install PIL is ok.
