		&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<font size="4">  标题是泰式发音,直译?有难度..说白了就是拌加各种佐料的方便面,来泰国4年多了这品牌的方便面</font><font size="4">倒是</font><font size="4">吃过,但是用这种方法去吃,还没吃过,汗一个...在泰的北京小Q友强烈要求制作方法....看来新生代都是速食一代(这也算速食?).<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;     ma ma 就是妈妈的发音,也是泰国一个方便面品牌.比较喜欢图中'冬阴功'这种味道,也是泰国最知名的一种汤....辣辣酸酸的,开胃.</font><br>

'I-SAN'是泰国东北部一地名..有点像四川豆瓣酱,以地方命名.<br>

<font size="4">左边是啥俺也不知问了半天只知泰文名,味道有点像香菜,没有香菜那么浓,家里要是没有可用香菜代替(这不是废话吗),可能还会有意想不到的效果.旁边是lime leave 中文译名? 有点像柠檬叶,也一直误以为是柠檬叶.再有就是香葱头和小葱了.<br>

<font size="4">8小碟调味料从左到右依次是砂糖,syrup(糖浆),炒好擀碎的大米,鸡汤,鱼露,辣椒碎,青柠檬汁,和味精.<br>
syrup(糖浆)可以自个熬,就是水加砂糖,要是图快比例可以是1:1,熬的时候可以加菠萝片和柠檬片(加几片就成),一是熬好后有很香的果香味再来就是让糖充分转化为果糖,图省钱您加白醋也成.不用熬的很稠.有温度计温度到103-105度就成.泰国人喜欢加一种植物pandan leave( 班兰叶,香兰叶<span class="med1"><span class="med1">.可清熱消暑，在南洋料理中，常用來煮湯、做咖哩</span></span>)来熬糖浆,如下图<br>
