I just know from other blogger that oblog 4.0 support mt blog api which facilitate the client blog publishing.
What's more,oblog released a blog publish tool which called boxun.Boxun support the Blogger,MSN spaces and MT blog api.
However,the blog tool looks rather ugly according to my opinion with inferior functions compared with live writer and Juziyue.

It seems that the minimum wages policy which come out recently is not that beneficial to the people in difficulties.
Theoretically speaking,there are three drawbacks in this policy.
- The employers will be less active to employ workers
- For current workers,the welfare will be reduced and the competition among inner worker will rise.

Juziyue is a nice blog application which can retrieve your previous blog posts to your local computer.
I have downloaded hundreds of previous posts on blogger.com.The downloaded posts are archived chronologically which is calendar view oriented.
I feel glad that having all my past blog posts managed in one place.
With the downloaded posts,you can publish them easily to other blogs.
