七种常见交货方式的外贸英语术语

1、工厂交货(......指定地点)：本术语以EXW(nmed place)表示

卖方在其商品的产地或储存地将货物交由买方处置，即完成了交货义务、买方则负责自行将货物装运，并承担其间的全部风险、责任和费用。包括货物出入境手续和费用。

这个术语是卖方承担义务最少的贸易术语，如买方无法直接或间接办理货物出境手续时，则不宜采用这一方式。

2、船边交货(指定装运港)：本术语以FAS( named port of hipment)表示
