Rojo Garnacha has the colour of blackberry with blue tones, almosopaque. Intense and pleasant aromas of licorice and wild red and blackberries fill the nose, with mineral undertones. Well-rounded and balanced onthe palate, it is elegant and fresh. Red fruit, minerals and a hint of freshthyme linger on the finish. It’s surprisingly silky and full-bodied, with a richvarietal expression.

Granrojo wines are the expression of selected grapes from the vineyards. The grapes for this Garnacha come from 40 year-old vines grown in the limey soil of Campo de Montiel in Valdepenas, situated at 700 m above sea level.   The grapes are harvested and selected at the peak of maturity. Granrojo Granacha is a fruit-packed Spanish red created by the dynamic and exciting winemarker team. It’s soft fruited wonderfully drinkable wine, brilliant with barbecues.
