The group of guys drunk to 11:00PM at Saturday night, god! I'm fortunate to leave early when there're still some people clear headed.

I hate this situation of gatherings!

I'll learn from this experience and will reject most of these activities in the furture.

I got a little busy these 2 days, but the issues seemed not quite meaningful, well, whatever, just got them done, and expected my releasing.

Weekend's coming, the Key Person's treating us a big meal on celebrating his marriage, it seems that we need to pack some lucky money for him. It's really... the red BOMB!

I'm hoping that I don't have to join this expensive events.

It's the reviewing day of the sprint, it's becoming a little boring to join it, 'cause my work turns out to be quite different from other development teams, my team is actually in trivial maintaining works, seems hard to arise attentions.

Well, what I criticize most is that the communications and info sharing within team are quite poor! Leading to very un-balanced situations and competences among members. I cannot guess what my Scrum Master is leading it, and what thinkings he is

Winter's here, it's quite cold with big wind.

Nini was working overtime last night, it's the 1st day I remember she backs so late. Well, acceptable till now, she's too new in the working place after all.

It's raining again, only after being dry for a day. I hate too wet.

I'm expecting the weekend already, sleeping is good choice for this kind of weather, and we can also enjoy some free time in the coffee shop, doing some study, and "inspection and adaption" actions.

The rain finally stopped, and everywhere got dry.

Sometimes there're the tasks or assignments in queue in the planed list, but we don't have a quick view of it, and just keep the habit of pushing it aside, and descide to schedule some other time slot to handle, but finally find it just too simple and easy, not at all as what it may be guessed to be. But the tasks in mind disturb us so long, and bring un-comfortable.

I think it's becoming clearer for us in our individual path in career. It's great chance for us staying outside of the family and leading own special styles of lives and working, we can reach much brighter stage as long as we keep thinking and acting actively.
