                            Honesty and responsibility

It is true that most of us value honesty highly. However, nowadays we often confront confidence crisis such as cheating, overcharging, fake commodities and so on. I think that we should be honest because being honest is not only beneficial to ourselves but also to others and the whole society. The reasons can be listed as follows.Firstly, only honest people can be truly respected by the others and can make more friends over a long period of time.

Secondly, honesty, which is the traditional virtue of the Chinese people, can make our life easier and more harmonious. Thirdly, honesty can make our society more stable. A case in point 一个恰当的例子 is that Singapore, a society featuring trustworthiness and integrity, has a comparatively low criminal rate.

Responsbility can be understood in many ways. for the parents , they have had the responsibility for caring for and fostering their children since the birth of their baby.for teachers, both in kindergartens and colleges, they also should be responsible for the study and life of their students, that is to say,确认的说,teahers are the second parents of children somewhile. = more often than not = oftentimes

for us,as a friend of others,it is our responsibility to help our friends when they are in trouble or faced with difficulties. each one has the different responsibily based on their roles but we must take it for granted 视为当然 that we are responsible for the society.

Spending Time with Friends or Being Alone
Should people spend more time with friends or staying alone? I prefer the latter.
It is rightly said that joys are doubled and sorrows are halved when they are shared.
However, it is important to note that a person has to spend some time alone to think
about himself--the reason for his existence, his career, his family and his future.
A person needs solitude to think. Thinking will not happen in a crowded atmosphere.
It is a common practice for writers, poets, and philosophers to move to a less crowded place
far away from their regular life so that their thinking will not be disturbed. When it
comes to making important decisions, one needs to spend some time alone so that he can think.
Although friends can share our joys and sorrows with us, there are still some disadvantages
of being with friends. No doubt friends are true treasures for a man. But if they ask you
for an extra peg of drink late in the night, you feel compelled to accompany them,
and you lose your time to do more meaningful things.
All in all, I am not saying that being with friends is unnecessary, but that you should
spend some time alone. Let your friends be your companions not your compass.

Why is goal-setting important? Because goals can help you do and experience every meaningful thing you hope for in life. Instead of letting life happen to you, goals allow you to make your life happen.
Successful people have visions of what their life should be and they set lots of goals, both short-term and long-range, to help them realize the visions. By setting goals you are taking control of your life. It is like having a map to show where you want to go. A driver with an aim arrives at the destination without any waste of time or wrong turns. On the contrary, a driver with no aim drives aimlessly around, never getting anywhere and just using up gas and oil. Winners in life set goals and follow through on them. They decide what they want and then get there by making plans and setting goals. Goals ara not difficult to set and they are not difficult to reach. It is up to you to find out what your goals, ideals and visions really are. With a clear direction, and with certain plans, you will straightly get what you want.
Without a goal, you have to live a passive life. You do not know where to go, what you want and why you are listless. Then your life be comes dull and meaningless just like the dead water in a muddy lake.

Telling a lie is morally wrong. Besides, there are many disadvantages lying in the way of a liar. First, he has to have a good memory, lest he contradicts at one time what he said in another. Second, he is always annoyed by his conscience, because he is in constant fear that his falsehood may be found out. Third, a liar is never trusted and respected by others.
The result may be that his words, even when he speaks the truth, are not believed. Fourth and the last, once a person has told a lie, he cannot help telling another in order to conceal the first, and then a third and a fourth, until lying becomes a habit. After that, he may say something untrue even when he wishes to speak the truth.
The disadvantages resulting from telling a lie are too many to be listed. The above are just some of the obvious ones. If you want to be free from these annoyances, if you want to be a trustworthy person, never tell a lie.

Everyone hopes to live happily in the world. Physical exercise is indispensable to必须 a happy life. There is a famous saying: "Life lies on exercise." Although you will not necessarily die without regular physical exercises, they'll certainly help you live longer and more healthily.

Exercise is good for us to build our bodies. It helps coordinate the different parts of our bodies when we have sports For example, we must try our best to -ordinate the movements of the arms and legs when we play basketball. Exercise also benefits our organs. It lets the heart beat faster than usual, and then helps enlarge the blood vessels to protect us from heart attacks.

Exercise can also contribute to the development of our ability to response agilely爱寨ly. For instance, when you play table tennis, you must try to reflect as quickly as you can so that you may fight back抵抗 at the fight position at the fight moment.

Exercise can also contribute to improving our mood. When you do exercise, you move a lot, and you have to be more active. It helps you become more optimistic.Exercise will fill your life with various contents and make it more colorful. What's more, exercise will help you get rid of your inertia. If you keep doing exercise regularly, you will never be a lazy person. Therefore, exercise has great effect on one's character.

In a word, exercise is helpful, important and absolutely necessary.

More and more people today are realizing the importance of regular physical exercises. In the past, most people were involved in manual labour out in the fresh air of the fields. Nowadays a lot of people work in offices,

spending most of their time indoors. In the evenings they usually sit watching TV or reading newspapers. Their daily lives don't provide them with the exercises needed to keep them healthy.

Therefore, they must devote part of their time to doing regular physical exercise.

There are many different forms of physical exercises suiting different tastes. Some people enjoy competitive sports and find others to share their interest. For example, they play table tennis or football together. Others prefer to exercise alone. They do some running or practice Taiji in parks in the morning.

Clearly, different people are fond of different forms of physical exercise to improve their health.

As for me, I like running in the morning. And 1 have benefited a lot from it. It does a lot of good to my health. So I will persist in doing it in the future.

My View on Opportunity

In my opinion, opportunity favors only those who keep trying and who are ready for it. As the saying goes "God helps those who help themselves", So no matter whether there's opportunity or not, what we should do is to study, to learn and become learned people, Only in this way can we seize our opportunities when it occurs. So I never say there's no opportunity

is a peaceful and beautiful town althoug not very rich.
it just locates between Harbin and Changechun. so it is not very

isolated. The majority of inhabitants there are farmers, so,of course my

There are many factors that can contribute to a person’s success in life. Whether he is at school or at work, a person is more likely to succeed if he is hard-working, honest, intelligent, responsible, and so on. But of all the possible characteristics that can affect one’s success, I believe self-confidence to be the most important for the following reasons.
The first reason is that when a person has self-confidence he believes in himself. He believes that he can and will succeed, and this gives him the courage to try new things. In order to be successful we must be willing to take some risks, so having self-confidence is very important. Another reason is that a confident person rarely gives up. When he fails he tries again and again until he wins. A final reason is that confident people are not afraid to show off their achievements. This is not to say that they should brag, but that they should gracefully(温文德) and confidently accept the compliments(称赞)
of others. When their achievements are noticed more by others at school or work, they are more likely to succeed.
In short, I believe self-confidence to be the most important factor in success. It enables people to take risks, try again when they fail, and enjoy their accomplishments when they win. With these abilities, a confident person can succeed easily at school or work.

My View on Mistakes
Mistakes are something done, said, or believed, as a result of wrong thinking or understanding, lack of knowledge or skills. No one is perfect, and no one never makes any mistakes.
Because many people are afraid of making mistakes, they don't believe, say or do much. They behave like this just because they want to make no mistake. As I said, it's impossible, Being afraid of making mistakes is a mistake itself.
Only through mistakes can there be discovery or progress. Making mistakes for pursuing truth is much better than doing nothing. Failure is the mother of success. Many scientists may make a great number of mistakes before they make any discovery. If we humans didn't make mistakes, we would make no progress and still live a primitive life.
Mistakes are the best teachers who guide us through difficulties. Don't let mistakes scare you. Let's learn from mistakes

An Important Skill

It is impossible to overstate(夸张 the importance of good communication skills. In today’s society we have to work cooperatively with others. A good communicator finds it easier to put forth his ideas clearly. In this way there will be fewer misunderstandings, which can lead to bad feelings as well as lost time and effort. In addition, a person with good communication skills is a good mediator(仲裁人) and negotiator(谈判代表). He or she can play a valuable role in resolving disputes and enhancing cooperation. This means that a good communicator is often a natural leader. Finally, with good communication skills, it is easier to persuade others to accept your point of view. Having your views and plans approved of by others is a vital step on the way to success.
For all the above reasons, it is my belief that strong communication skills are the most important to have. Good communication is important in all situations, so a skillful communicator will always be in high demand.

Stress

Stress is a natural part of everyday life and there is no way to avoid it. In fact, it is not the bad thing as it is often supposed to be. A certain amount of stress is vital to provide motivation and give purpose to life. It is only when the stress gets out of control can it lead to poor performance and poor health.

How to Reduce Stress

We all need stress to add flavor, challenge, and opportunity to life, but too much stress can seriously affect our physical and mental well-being
(康乐,安宁福利), It reducesseduce the body's immunity(免疫) and harms the brain, If the stress lasts a long time, it may cause physical illness, insomnia(失眠), headaches, high blood pressure-even heart disease.
When stress does occur, it's important to recognize and deal with it. There are some methods we can try. A large number of physical activities can reduce anxiety
(安哥). Shoring our stress with others can be enormously helpful. Making time for fun such as listening to music may be good medicine. Sometimes even crying is on efficient way to release stress.

A good team leader

Leaders are flexible rather than dogmatic. They believe in unity rather than yielding. And they strive to achieve agreements out of conflict.
Leadership is all about getting people consistently to give their best, helping them to grow to their fullest potential, and motivating them to work toward a common good. Leaders make the right things happen when they're supposed to.
A good leader, an effective leader, is one who has respect. Respect is something you have to have in order to get. A leader who has respect for other people at all levels of an organization, for the work they do, and for their abilities, desires and needs, will find that respect is returned. And all concerned will be motivated to work together.

Learn How to Say No
We've all been taught that we should help people. It is the right thing to do and will make us popular with others. It may even win us favors in return. However, we must be realistic. We can't say yes to every request. If we did, we would fail or go crazy for sure. Sometimes we simply don't have the time to help. In this case, we must know how to say no politely(破来特累).
When we need to say no, here is one method we can try. First, we should tell the truth. If we really can't do something, we should just say so. Second, we should remember to refuse requests politely. We must communicate clearly, but must also be sincere and sympathetic(同情). A true friend will understand. Finally, we must not feel guilty(有罪的) about saying no. Sometimes refusing others is the right thing to do. It can save ourselves, and them, a lot of trouble. In short, we cannot please everyone all the time. Refusing favors is a part of life.

我的周六日

For me, I spend the two-day weekend in a positive way. On Saturday, I usually clean up my house meanwhile Listen to some music. So as to get some physical exercise and spirit release. Then to visit friends with my husband and have a good dinner together. The next day I always have a good rest to prepare for the next weeks work.

论友谊 friendship

As life is full of strife and conflict, we need friends to support and help as out of difficulties. Our frinods give us warnings against danger.

True friends always help and learn from each other, but they never trouble each other with trifles.we share the same way of thinking.

                My View on Job-Hopping-我对跳槽的看法

Some people tend to stick to their positions all tile time, as theythink the longer one works in a particular field, the more skillful one will be at it. Some have been teachers all their lives. Some devote their life energy to scientific research. Such people love their work and turn out to be specialists in their own field. They are usually high achievers.
Some are different. They are in the habit of job-hopping, for they always pursue what is new and stimulating. They never seem content with their present situation. Some like to meet more people, make more money and new acquaintances; so they hop from job to job.
As far as I am concrened, I want to be professionally strong. I am not in favor of constant job hopping, as the saying goes "Jack of all trades, master of none". But I want to have opportunities for advancement and as many colleagues as possible to cooperate and communicate with so as to be more creative and less partial.

Failure

Failure is common in our lives. Now we're living in a complex and competitive society. there are many things we can't be sure of in this increasingly world. D

ifferent people take different attitudes towards failure. Some lose hearts and think the world is at its end; some try to find some excuses.
I think what really matters is not failure itself but how we approach it. As long as we don't give up but believe in ourselves, and in the meantime draw a lesson from the failure, we'll certainly succeed in the end. So I'm never afraid of failure, for I believe "failure is the mother of success".
