Remarks:

1. Our Standard Liaison Interpreting time means 8 hours from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., less than 4 hours is regarded as a half day, over 4 hours but less than 8 hours is regarded as one whole day. Work overtime shall be accordingly charged. Rate for Overtime Charge: $20-$100/hr./person.

2. If the interpreting place is not in Guangzhou, the interpreter's travel expense, accommodation, food and drink, communication cost and security, etc. shall be paid by the client.

4. As to Simultaneous Interpreting, Overtime charge : $200/hr./person . For Out-of-Town Assignments, please add 20% surcharge. All Transportation, Accommodation, and Meals must be provided by the CLIENT.

2. CANCELLATION 7 TO 10 DAYS PRIOR TO ASSIGNMENT TIME :70%( OF DOWNPAYMENT) CANCELLATION CHARGE APPLICABLE.
3. CANCELLATION 3 TO 6 DAYS PRIOR TO ASSIGNMENT TIME: 80% (OF DOWNPAYMENT)CANCELLATION CHARGE APPLICABLE.
4. CANCELLATION ONE TO TWO DAYS PRIOR TO ASSIGNMENT:
   90% (OF DOWNPAYMENT) CANCELLATION CHARGE APPLICABLE.
