This system is made up from JQB6545 shear pump, chemical configuration cabinet, JBQ7.5kW agitator, connecting manifold, chemical tank and JBQ5.5kw agitator. As it shows in (Fig 6,Chemical preparation and adding process flow) JQB6545 shear pump is installed at the end of ④weighted tankⅠ,the fluid is input to 2# cabinet of ④weighted tank Ⅰ(chemical mixing cabin),and then goes through shear pump, pipeline,jet mixing hopper and then goes to 2# cabin. Add chemical to jet hopper cnstantly and then mix the fluid in jet device,later on, it is brought to 2# cabinet. After repeated mixing, shear, agitation ,then eligible chemical fluid will be prepared. The prepared chemical fluid can be transported to chemical tank on 2# mud tank. There is a 1ball valve at the bottom of chemical tank for the output of chemical. According to mud requirement, chemical input volume can be controlled by adjusting ball valve.The chemical fluid can go through mud overflow trough to ②transition tank③input tankⅠ⑥input tank Ⅱ. Solid control equipments manufacturer Generally speaking, all the valves for this system are closed. When preparing chemicals, add enough water to chemical Preparation configuration cabin. And then switch on the Inlet & outlet butterfly valve of the shear pump. Later on start the shear pump, JBQ7.5kW agitator. When operation is steady, switch on the butterfly valve under jet filler. Then add required chemicals from the hopper gradually; When it’s ready, stop adding, switch off the valve under the jet hopper.The shear pump goes in circulation for 5~10 minutes. Then switch on 2"ball valve, and transport prepared chemical through pipelines to chemical tank of ②transition tank. Later on start the JBQ5.5kW agitator on chemical tank. When the chemical is enough, switch off 2″ball valve and shear pump. At last close every valve.
Note: If you want to input prepared chemical fluid to chemical tank on the ②transition tank. Switch on 2"ball valve. When there is little chemical fluid in transition. The″5 butterfly valve of tri-branch inlet can be turned down. |
