Brazilian national plan to combat drug use Cheap christian audigierBRASILIA, May 20 (Xinhua) -- Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva signed a decree Thursday establishing a national plan to combat crack, a highly dangerous drug whose consumption has registered a rapid rise in Brazil in recent years.
