Position Description Our
Responsibilities To help deliver AVTech’s strategy the successful candidate will be responsible for:
· Reporting to the Sales Manager; · Assist Sales Executive(s) and other Sales Consultant(s) on sales opportunities; · Follow instructions from Sales Executive(s) to consult and manage product issues. Including identifying potential opportunities with clients; · Perform primary purchasing functions, including ETA management and notifications; · Maintain a high level of customer service, both internally and externally; · First point of contact for all incoming enquiries; · Assist with logistics where required to ensure timely delivery of all products; · Perform lead generation activities as directed by marketing (e.g. telemarketing).
Skills, Experience, Qualifications and Personality Attributes To help deliver AVTech’s strategy the successful candidate MUST HAVE the following skills, experience, qualifications and personality attributes:
· Skills & Experience o Interns, graduates and experienced people can apply; o Excellent presentation, time management, and communications skills in English & Chinese; o Knowledgeable in general hardware, software and networking; o Basic knowledge of office applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Windows. · Qualifications o Under-graduates or graduates with a Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; o Other known industry qualifications and certifications would be an advantage; o Customer service and/or marketing experience would be an advantage. · Personality Attributes o Professionally presented; o Self motivated and willing to work outside the normal business working hours to meet business and client expectations; o A positive, results oriented and customer focused attitude; o A desire to take responsibility and ownership to see actions/issues through to completion; o The ability to adapt to a changing environment that requires proactive and innovative solutions.
