首先，我的病还没好，一个感冒竟然折腾了我3天.....

时间不是很多，再加上我有一件非常重要的事要说，概括班上的两件事:

1. JJ如果算上今天已经连续一个月没来化学Tutorial了，靠，一个月没来化学课，连老师都问：Is he gona drop chem or something?

2. 某Scholar（就是那个2 day working week的Scholar)在Morning Assembly时由于头发的长度没及格受了张White Slip今天和班主任闹翻, 这还是我第一次看到我们班主任这么生气呢，说什么, I'm not going to give you another chance。不过他也太猛了，翘课染头发连眼睛都不眨。我突然发现，如果他明天不来，我已经一个礼拜没看过他上学了（这根本就是0 day working week)。

淡已经扯完，现在，我要说那件非常重要的事情。事情是这样的

早上的GP课，老师发回那个Compre(应该算是Common Test的模拟了）......我靠，我当时就知道我肯定不及格了。别的不说，就说AQ部分一般人是花半个小时写，我那天时间安排有了点问题，刚开始做AQ部分时老师已经说Stop Writing了。以至于，我那篇AQ是在老师说Stop Writing后的3分钟内写完的。靠，Compre分最多的题（类似于一篇作文）我竟然只用了3分钟不到写了就交了，恩，如果我这篇Compre不及格是很正常不过的了。

事情如果就这样结束了那它就不重要了。今天老师发卷宣布全班第二竟然就是我....这....连我自己都觉得很神奇。好，其实分数并不重要。 别的部分都不重要，拿到Compre第一件是就是查我AQ的得分。看到一个6的时候我以为6/10, 恩，很正常啊，然后我发现这篇AQ的总分是....8分。我靠，那岂不是和我去年在RI英语期末考试的AQ得分一样高了？！？！ This is madness....我再看了一遍我的AQ，老师的评语是Interesting ideas raised..连我都有点佩服我自己了。我到底是怎么做到的呢？如果要在3分钟内写完（包括思考的时间），那么写的速度要比思考的速度更快。这是变神的，第一步。

以下是3分钟写出来的AQ Response，质量是差了点：

In my society, namely Singapore, the changing attitude towards single fathers and fatherhood is prevalent to a small extent.

Gillenkirk writes that divorce courts in most states of US are not awarding the custody and care of children to mothers naturally, and often the time the working mothers do no have the time, determination or the financial basis to support and render care to their children, which leads to an increment in number of single fathers. I feel this idea is applicable to a small extent in Singapore's case. This is because the fact that the legislature system of divorce in Singapore champions the rights of women to a greater extent, with the divorced men having to pay a regular sum of money to their former spouses on a monthly basis even when they have the joint custody of their children. Also, it is palpable that there are more single mothers than fathers here in Singapore, which shows that the divorce courts in Singapore favour women to a greater extent.

Moreover, in my society, traditional Chinese values are still very much imbued in the local context, which implies that men should be the sole breadwinners of their family and if they are depending on women to shoulder the financial burden of the family, they are deemed as "weak" or "useless". Indeed, this idea does not resonate with how more American fathers are willing to stay at home after marriages to raise the children. This has to do with the intransigence of our mindset towards men, who are supposedly to be plated with the purpose of protection(through financial means) towards their family.

With the influx of Western ideas, and with more and more working mothers, it is possible that my society is witnessing a change in attitude towards single fathers, but the fact that my culture does not support the notion of single fathers make them somehow or rather difficult to be accepted in my society.

3分钟写出来的AQ Response, I have to admit that I am a speed demon, at times.

还有一堆破事等着我去处理，走了...


Speed is not everything, but without speed, nothing can be achieved.
