Here is a an interesting method that is based on a pub quiz, the Team Building Quiz.

Purpose
This is a technique that can build team cohesion, dependence and spirit in small groups that will work together over the course of a workshop. The workshop should be at least 3 days long to justify the 1 to 11/2 hours the quiz can take.
