New Methods
Here is a an interesting method that is based on a pub quiz, the Team Building Quiz.

Purpose
This is a technique that can build team cohesion, dependence and spirit in small groups that will work together over the course of a workshop. The workshop should be at least 3 days long to justify the 1 to 11/2 hours the quiz can take.

A fun and useful way of help manage a group where many people want to talk at the same time is using Hand Signs. This helps groups where more than one language is spoken or with deaf people. Groups from 6 to 250 can use this method. It goes like this:
