注意, 如果是64bit备库的建立时源于32bit主库(反过来也一样), 在启动备库或开启sql apply的时候会遇到"ORA-06553: PLS-801: internal error [56319]"错误, 这就要求在开启sql apply前先重新编译64bit的plsql模块, 按照如下步骤操作:
