当我冀望西恩潘摘得奥斯卡影帝时，另一个感兴趣的话题就是他如果获奖将会如何感言，以其极具个性的风格，应该会有看点。果然，他不负众望发表了颇为出色的感言，当时我是在新浪上看的视频片段，听到了如“those who voted for the ban against gay marriage”，还有“shame”之类的话语，但是新浪的翻译只有类似同性恋也应该享有权利之类的内容，而等我过两天再去看同样的网页，发现这句也没了。所以，马上去找了全文，发现也有不少人跟我一样在找，并针对有人发出的全文进行讨论，下面是影帝感言全文。

We've got to have equal rights for everyone. And there are, and there are, these last two things. I'm very, very proud to live in a country that is willing to elect an elegant man president and a country who, for all its toughness, creates courageous artists. And this is in great due respect to all the nominees, but courageous artists, who despite a sensitivity that sometimes has brought enormous challenge, Mickey Rourke rises again and he is my brother. 这篇最大的亮点我认为在第二段的中间“And finally, for those, two last finallies, for those who saw the signs of hatred as our cars drove in tonight, I think that it is a good time for those who voted for the ban against gay marriage to sit and reflect and anticipate their great shame and the shame in their grandchildren's eyes if they continue that way of support. We've got to have equal rights for everyone.”从这句可以知道，西恩潘来的时候，还看到了柯达剧场外面的反同性恋标语，对此他生猛的说那些投票支持禁止同性恋婚姻的人都应该坐下来反思，对自己的行为感到羞愧，否则他们的子孙也会为他们感到羞愧，“子子孙孙无穷羞也”。

通过讨论我才知道，很多网站在翻译上都是开始试探翻译些这段内容，后面有重新整理删减过的。但是裤衩六台保持了高度的觉悟，一步删到位，延迟直播的时候，直接“浓缩”成一句字幕“最后的最后，每个人都应该享有平等的权利。”这方面，可以看看豆瓣的一组讨论《阉割版的影帝》，里面也有对西恩潘感言的全文翻译。另外，本次凭借《米尔克》获奖的最佳原创剧本的达斯汀兰斯布莱克本身就是个同性恋，他发表了非常感人的感言，也被中国几个主流媒体很有“艺术性”的二次创作翻译过了。

其实，西恩潘这里说的“the ban against gay marriage”即指去年通过的美国加州“八号提案”，简单的说就是反对同性恋婚姻，认为一夫一妻不但是标配，更是唯一配置。关于“八号提案”一个延伸的话题是，据说当时当地华裔倾注了巨大的政治热情，组织集会等呼吁当地华人投票赞成这项提案，原因很大程度上是因为他们担心孩子“学坏”。虽然我支持同性恋享有平等的权利，但是这里也不进一步在这方面的是非曲直上展开，只是觉的这是一个挺好的电影题材，片名就叫《八号提案》，背景是一个当地华裔家庭，父母坚决支持八号提案，而他们的儿子是个未出柜的同性恋，每天听着父母咒骂同性恋，心中只能隐隐作痛，期间偶有观点冲突，表现很多观念上的撞击。然后，一日，当地华人要聚会呼吁支持八号提案，这对父母参加了，而另一边，当地同性恋也要游行，儿子在犹豫后还是参与了游行，然后双方意外相遇，父母目瞪口呆，接着再发生些事情。同性恋、华裔、家庭冲突、观念差异，这些元素交织在一起，谁当导演合适，当然李安。

以上电影构想只是我的YY，我关注的问题是，美国好歹还把同性恋这个问题摆出来让大家讨论，而这边诸多主流媒体对一个奥斯卡获奖感言都敏感的不得了的要删减，你也可以相见中国同性恋维权的路还有多长。
