Yesterday's business meeting went well . 2 month ago ,our factory came a new sales manager who is a powerful ,smart ,and sophisticated lady .
I confess she is a woman can handle the things and solve problem beautifully but for doing some things ,such as managing the person in our company ,the things she did was not reasonable . She always points out other people 's mistake, when other people make mistake ,even if a very small mistake |

what happened to me recent ?
AUG,SEP, only got 1 order , OCT almost passed away but it seems that my work do not make any big progress.
I ve used all the ways i could use ,but my customer do not have any intention to place the order ,even the old clients who placed the order ,they all want to our price go down but in fact the price is hard to be down because of the rising raw material price .
Some cutomers who i sent sample to them totally do not have any info , see |

Today is really a day mixed happy and sadness
This morning ,i got my Guatemala client's 30% deposit , so happy , following up this client spending me about 4 months , because of time difference i ve done much onertime work , but for our international salesman i think the happiest time is the time we get the order ,at that monent ,all the time i spent is deserve .

今天早上充满希望的打开邮箱傻眼了一封回复邮件都没有，心情DOWN到了极点，激情不够？方法不对？还是什么原因，这个月开发客户并不是特别顺利，很多客户报了价格之后就没有回音了，还有的客户寄了样品以后又说价格高了，有时候打电话过去有的客户还听不懂英语， 有的客户你打电话过去他才会回你邮件，有的客户你打电话过去他听不懂英语， 感觉现在开发客户的方法不怎么对头啊， 和我一起进公司的同事3个月已经出了6个柜了，我还是那3个柜，客户也都是在吃老本，在这样下去会弹尽粮绝的， 我很佩服跟我一起进公司的同事人家上班时间没邮 |

Sitting in front of computer ,i can do nothing except waiting for my clients ' reply .
