中国食品工业协会糖果专业委员会(CNCA)成立于1992年10月,系中国国家级的糖果、巧克力、果冻、蜜饯等甜食行业的非赢利性的管理服务机构。
中国食协糖果专业委员会(CNCA)的宗旨是:推动生产发展与进步,发挥服务、自律、协调、监督职能,维护企业合法权益;加强行业管理与交流,发挥桥梁纽带作用,努力为会员单位提供全方位的服务;组织制定、修改行业有关标准,并组织宣传和贯彻实施;开展国际间经济技术交流与合作,促进行业健康持续发展。
中国食协糖果专业委员会(CNCA)成立15年来,不断发展壮大,会员单位由成立时的70余家发展到目前的500多家,旗下已凝聚了一大批国际、国内知名企业。
中国食协糖果专业委员会(CNCA)举办的年度行业盛会暨“中国糖果论坛”影响越来越大,产经、市场、技术、管理等方面的交流越来越深入和广泛;举办的糖果技术培训班,16年间为企业培养了技术人才千余人,得到了众多企业的认可。
为加强行业交流,及时发布行业信息,中国食协糖果专业委员会(CNCA)自成立起即创办了糖果杂志,并逐步发展成国家级权威刊物。此外,中国食品工业协会糖果专业委员会(CNCA)还致力于中国糖果行业的发展和国际交流,举办“中国糖果节”。
中国食协糖果专业委员会(CNCA)一直致力于推动中国糖果行业走向世界,扩大中国糖果、果冻、巧克力产品在国际领域的影响。随着中国糖果行业的做大做强,这种影响将继续扩大下去!
CNCA—china national candy association, established in October, 1992, is an official national non-profit organization of candy, chocolate, jelly and Candied fruit, etc in China.
Orientation:
1. To promote the development of production and progress, to well strengthen functions of self-discipline and coordination to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises
2. To accelerate the function as an industrial “bridge” to well supply service for all parties of industry
3. To well constitute and amend all industrial standards and carry it out
4. To well develop the international economic and technologic communication with the purpose of accelerating the healthy and durative development of industry.
During the 15 years of development, CNCA is becoming more and more powerful and influent for
the whole industry in China with more than 500 members then the 70 of 15 years ago, including a
passel of international famous enterprises.
In order to well accelerate the development of the Chinese confectionery, CNCA has organized many professional activities, of which “Chinese Candy Forum” , an annual event, is one of the most influent and popular in China now: from market, technology to management; Candy Technology Training courses are well received, as it has been the platform for the new generation of Chinese professional candy master and now it has supplies more than 1.000 technician for enterprises in 16 years.
In the same time, to accelerate the industrial communication and update the latest industrial information, CNCA has originated a professional magazine: China Candy, and now it has been the most authoritative national publication; Besides in order to accelerate the development of Chinese confectionery and to accelerate the international industrial communication, CNCA organizes “Candy China” series activities every year.
CNCA has been working for the whole Chinese candy industry to well accelerate the international industrial communication and cooperation, to spread the influence of the Chinese confectionery industry in the world. Now CNCA is walking steadily step by step to the international platform.
