During Olympics, citizens who have no tickets or work pass will not be allowed into some Olympics buildings
Has the Olympics made you feel more proud of China and if so why?
当然,对于提高中国形象是一个非常好的机会,如果举办成功的话会很自豪,因为不是每一个国家都有机会举办这个盛事的

It’s a good chance for China to improve image. I will be proud of this event if Olympics be successful because not all the countries have chances to hold this great event.

Ping-pong and badminton are strong points of Chinese team. I’m very proud of them.

I think Chinese will be more confident after holding Olympics successfully. We also benefit from Olympics instructions and facilities.

In an interview with Tina, my neighbour ,who has lived in beijing for many years, said she was quite impressed by Beijing's sports venues and the Olympic Village and the "Green Olympics" ideas.She also indicated that Beijing has planted millions of trees in the past years and exerted greater efforts to improve air quality and pollution.We all are confident the air quality will not affect the athletes during the Beijing Olympics and the food will be safe in the Olympic Village. For longer distance travel, basic public transportation around Beijing consists of taxis, subways, and buses. Taxis are conveniently available everywhere in the city, and taxi costs can quickly accumulate as it is by far the most expensive method of transportation.

People who don't mind crowded conditions will do well to do their travel using a combination of the subway and bus systems. We can purchase an IC (Intelligent card)

The subway is extremely fast compared to other forms of transportation as it can avoid traffic jams above and below. Buses on the other hand, service every corner of the city, but cannot avoid rush hour traffic congestions.
