how to make taco sauce & salsa

taco seasoning:
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of minced dried onions in a small bowl or cup.(1汤匙碎的干洋葱放在一个碗中)
- Add 2 teaspoons of chili powder.(加2茶匙辣椒粉)
- Add 1 1/2 teaspoons of salt.(加1.5茶匙盐)

- Add 1 teaspoon of ground cumin.(加1茶匙孜然粉)

- Stir to blend.(混合均匀)
- Makes the equivalent of a 1 1/4-ounce package of taco seasoning mix.(调制出来的等于外面卖的1-1/4盎司一包的调料包)

Salsa fresca
(Makes about 2 cups)
1-1 1/4 pounds (4 medium or 2 large) tomatoes, finely chopped;(1-1.25磅(4个中等大小或2个大号)的蕃茄,切碎)
