MGE 的纸架,都用了两年了,感觉确实好用。只要是操作不出错,材料不出问题接纸成功率非常高。平时都完全不用为纸架操什么心,也不用去调节保养,什么三五个月喂点黄油他就心满意足了,干活特卖力。
但昨晚纸架又有两次没有成功接纸,开始还以为又是因为不干胶材料的问题。因为这段时间换用了另一种不干胶搞得基本上每天都会有一两次接纸时会粘在海绵辊上。断第二次时去看是怎么回事。结果发现是纸架故障,准备接纸时纸巻升上去,裁断杆压下来,加速臂放下来的时候就报警,整个纸架似乎在此时停止动作,正在运转中的纸卷也直接绷断了 。报警显示:“8LS SPLICING ARMS NOT IN UPPER POSITION” 知道是哪里的问题了,问题也就解决了一大半了....嘿嘿...
查了下TROUBLE SHOOTING 还真是有这么回事儿:
“8LS SPLICING ARMS NOT IN UPPER POSITION”
Stops rotation of the arms and bars the
start of splicing if 8LS is desactivated
(I.97 = 0).
Check:
- the position of the splicing arm, the
compressed air pressure or the
setting of 8LS.
8ls接纸(加速)臂向上不到位
如果8ls没有激活(I.97=0)加速臂和杆在开始接纸时停止动作。
检查:
-加速臂的位置,气压,8LS的设置。(8LS是加速臂上的一个限位开关)
这样看来最大可能就是加速臂气泵的压力问题了,因为换用新的双面胶后,应该该双面胶的瞬时粘性不够好接纸时双面胶总是爱粘在海绵辊上引起断纸,所以我们加大了加速臂气泵的压力,结果现在触动了限位开关8LS。
It sounds funny that inorder to use some kind of materials we adjust the machine which works in good situation. But that is life ,sometimes you have to do somthing you don't like because of someone's benefit of course this someone is bigger than you ! That is "One can't help doing something for surviving in the society . " 人在江湖 身不由己 呵呵......
附:加速臂的调节(这个就不用翻译了哈...)
Adjustment of splicing arm (FIG. 7946)
• Balance the splicing arm with a low air pressure during the adjustment of limit switch 8LS.
8LS is engaged when its lever goes over the limits of the vertical axis.
• Switch 10SOL in position 1. The splicing arm must go down in 10 ± 2 sec.
• Switch 10SOL in position 0. The splicing arm must rise up in 10 ± 2 sec.
• With splicing arm in low position (DWG. 7946), pre-adjust the air cylinders fork joints [1] to
set at 20.39" (518 mm) the distance [2] between the web break bar and the rotation shaft.
This value must be 22.76" (578 mm) for a 3 arm paster.
• The level and parallelism tolerance of the web break bar compared to the rotation shaft
must be less than 0.006 in/ft (0.5 mm/m).
• Check that the arm safety latches hold up the splicing arm when
the air pressure is cut. 8LS is activated when the holding axis is
at the limit of the engaging setpoint of the latch.

点击察看大图会比较清晰,方法不止此一种,后来我们做纸架的同仁又贴出了好几种方法,也有更省时省事,且安全的贴法。但最前面和纸边沿的胶带位置是不容改变的。
MEG纸架的贴纸方法,由于颜色差别不大,不是很清晰,但仔细看还是可以看得出来,贴上去有胶带的地方颜色较暗,需要说明的是边上的胶带都是尽可能的沿着纸边贴的,而且高速机的话前纸头处,也就是很明显的两块白色不干胶之间横着贴的两条胶带在我们机台用的材料与后面的胶带是不一样的,其瞬间粘度要求更高用普通胶带如果粘度不够的话容易粘海绵辊。
