		过的比较开心的一个元旦的，新年新气象啊~!!<br>

这是一个特殊的假期，人生第一次和爹妈已经媳妇一起过，嘿嘿~!! 简单回忆一下整个元旦吧：<br>
<br>
12月29号：爹到杭州，父子两买床；三个人一起在一品砂锅吃肉骨头<br>
12月30号：娘到杭州，五个人一起在路边小店吃家常菜；吃完全家逛物美，碰到吴梁，好瘦，梁嫂，更瘦<br>
12月31号：爹妈和媳妇在家干活，我加班；晚上请阿帅，文涛，伟良等兄弟们吃饭；晚上UP，以破纪录的速度结束战斗<br>
1月1号：全家逛街，第一次去工联，龙翔，在蚂蚁一样多的街道上穿行，深深感受到计划生育的紧迫性；中午在奎元馆吃面，传说中的虾爆鳝，味道还可以，但冠以江南面王的称号，还是有待商量的<br>
1月2号：全家逛街晒太阳，带爹妈到现在工作和将要工作做的地带逛了一圈，给爹买了一个迷你组合音响；晚上请吴导吃饭，吃完双扣梭哈，父子两钱全入吴导袋里<br>

        <title><![CDATA[昨天晚上看了俩电影]]></title>

		<p>我是传奇： 威尔.史密斯 总体评分：7</p>
<p>不得不说，有一些失望：</p>
<p>首先，题目是吹牛的。 副标题是地球上的最后一个人，但其实，电影里地球上还有好多些人；不知道原著中是不是这样，如果不是的话相当bs编剧。开始半集比较好看，整个废墟一般的纽约城，布鲁克林大街，一人一狗+每次都不一样的彪悍的吓死人的牛车；有几个镜头特别的赞：在航空母舰上打高尔夫，在空旷无人的街头发送无线电报，给人一种无比悲凉落寞但有充满希望的感觉。但后来突然出现了个女的和一个小孩子，而且衣服整洁的一点都不像逃难，情节之突兀让我一时难以接受：你说一个肌肉男+一条凶悍的狼狗+一个武器库整天疲于奔命，活得像狗一样(当然，人过得是非人的生活，狗过的是非狗的生活)，后来出现一个弱女子和一个小孩，反倒过的非常滋润的样子，败笔啊败笔~!!</p>
<p>电影中的僵尸扮相相当让人失望，没有一点创新。和我们中国的一蹦一跳穿官府的僵尸相比，一点艺术成分都没有，所以说，文化还是要看底蕴的，米国那几百年的历史文化积淀和我们泱泱5千年历史的大国显然是不能比的。 贴两张僵尸图片比较一下啦：</p>

<p>同样是僵尸 区别咋这么大呢？</p>

<p>电影的还有一个让我感到不满意的地方是： 传说场面异常宏大，啥啥啥一个镜头烧掉500万倒啦啥的，我看完整个感觉就是小家子气，大桥炸掉那个片段据说想申请吉尼斯烧钱记录，但由于是远景，看完一点感觉没有~! 这气势和年终的变形金刚和加勒比海盗比，真是差了不在一个档次啊~! bs啊bs</p>
<p>最后一个败笔： 我怀疑编剧是中国人，而且是写作文在我这个档次的~! 为了呼应题目叫我是传奇，怕史密斯自己说出来有点拗口，在电影的最后，让那个女的说：他是真正的传奇~!! 我靠，都什么年代了，怎么还这么土玩总分总格式啊，还要这么明确的点名主题，让我以前任何一个语文老师看到，觉得bs到哪里都不知道~! 公务员考试现在都流行创新不用这个结构了，唉，米国那边编剧还没有与时俱进，失望，相当失望~!</p>
<p>不过话分两头说，就史密斯的个人表演来看，还是相当不错的，嗯，可以打上9分。两个场面印象特别深：一个是在汽车里，和狗一起看着窗外，眼中流露出悲怆无奈的表情，那是相当的赞啊~!!还有个就是亲手处死相伴三年的小狗，那个表情还是相当让人感动的~! 我估计，这个片如果不是史密斯的个人魅力，要收回1.5亿的成本相当有问题，从目前的票房来看，米国本土破2亿基本没有任何问题，绝对的票房号召力啊~! 这种气势，在好莱坞找不出5个以上，就目前来说，除了史密斯，估计只有强尼.德普和马特.达蒙(这个比较勉强)，还有布拉德.皮特等人有如此的号召力。时光飞逝啊，当年刚看电影的时候，还是汤汤时代，现在他们都老啦~!</p>
<p>苹果 范冰冰 梁家辉 6分</p>
<p>本片让人失望的地方：</p>
<p>首先，传说中范冰冰为艺术献身~! 于是我带上眼镜仔细观察她的现身方式，找了半天，就露那么丁点，这也叫献身？ 和汤唯比比看，人家那才叫献身，你这充其量小打小闹，对于我这种阅片无数(无数是有点吹的)的人来说，基本上就没有任何的杀伤力。</p>
<p>故事太过老套，而且不和谐。看了会这个片子，让我想起旧社会，封建社会，地主欺负长工......长工敲诈地主......地主再欺负长工.......长工再敲诈地主.......</p>
<p>演员不到位，范冰冰一个花瓶，有点木大大的，女配角长太难看了~! 两个男的表现还过得去，而且都露PP了，哈哈，献身啦~!</p>

<p>Prices fell 6.1 percent from October 2006 in 20 large metropolitan areas, according to Standard &amp; Poor&rsquo;s/Case-Shiller indexes, compared with a 4.9 percent decline in September. On a monthly basis, prices fell 1.4 percent in October, the fastest they have declined in at least the last seven years.</p>
<p>All but three of the 20 regions experienced a fall in real estate values, and even the three areas &mdash; Seattle, Portland, Ore., and Charlotte, N.C. &mdash; where prices were up from a year ago, had a decline from a month earlier.</p>
<p>The quickening pace of decline could hurt the broader economy by leading to more foreclosures as homeowners have difficulty refinancing mortgages and by sapping consumer spending as Americans feel less wealthy. But economists also said that a faster descent from boom-era prices would allow the housing market to right itself sooner by encouraging the sale of vacant homes and reducing the inventory of properties on the market.</p>
<p>During the boom, rising home prices increased consumer spending because people felt more wealthy and were able to borrow against their new home equity. Now that process is reversing itself, said Patrick Newport, an economist at Global Insight, a research firm outside Boston. &ldquo;And the foreclosure rates are going to go up a little more. If prices are falling, you are more likely to default&rdquo; because the house may be worth less than the mortgage on it.</p>
<p>So far, weakness in housing and the credit markets has been offset by strong exports and rising wages. Consumer spending in the holiday season has been weaker than some retailers had hoped, though reports indicate that it is still growing.</p>
<p>&ldquo;It has been surprisingly resilient,&rdquo; <a title="More articles about Robert J. Shiller." href="http://topics.nytimes.com/top/reference/timestopics/people/s/robert_j_shiller/index.html?inline=nyt-per">Robert J. Shiller</a>, the <a title="More articles about Yale University." href="http://topics.nytimes.com/top/reference/timestopics/organizations/y/yale_university/index.html?inline=nyt-org">Yale</a> economist and a creator of the home price indexes, said about the economy. He added that it was difficult to determine what impact the weakness in housing would have on the economy going forward.</p>
<p>&ldquo;We are in uncharted territory,&rdquo; he said. &ldquo;This was the biggest housing boom we have ever seen.&rdquo;</p>
<p>By Mr. Shiller&rsquo;s calculation, the decline in home prices is greater than at any time since 1941, when the housing market was faltering at the start of the American entry in World War II. Since their peak in July 2006, home prices in the 20 regions have dropped 6.6 percent. Many economists are predicting that home prices will fall 10 percent to 15 percent from their peak to their trough, though some pessimists say the drop could be as much as 30 percent.</p>
<p>Prices are dropping fastest in the Midwest, which has been hit hard by job losses in manufacturing, and in California, Florida and the Southwest, where the housing boom was most pronounced.</p>
<p>Prices have fallen the most in Miami (down 12.4 percent from a year ago), Tampa (11.8 percent) and Detroit (11.2 percent). Prices are also falling in the nation&rsquo;s two largest metropolitan areas &mdash; Los Angeles (8.8 percent) and New York (4.1 percent).</p>
<p>In Charlotte, Seattle and Portland, where the local economies are somewhat healthier, prices were up from a year ago but lower than in September. Dallas and Atlanta, where prices were strong earlier in the year, experienced declines over the previous month and the year.</p>
<p>&ldquo;It suggests to me that the psychological factor is very important,&rdquo; Mr. Shiller said. &ldquo;Even in cities that are doing well, people see what is going on nationwide and they don&rsquo;t want to bid as much.&rdquo;</p>
<p>A real estate broker at Brio Realty in Bellevue, Wash., Ardell DellaLoggia, said home buyers whom she represents had become more cautious about how much they were willing to offer for homes because they were unsure about the future. Stricter lending standards have also made it harder for buyers to get jumbo loans larger than $417,000, and lenders are again requiring sizable down payments for all kinds of loans.</p>
<p>&ldquo;Paying as low as you can is your insurance to whatever may happen in the next couple of years,&rdquo; Ms. DellaLoggia said, adding that she did not have to cut the prices on any of the homes she had sold recently. &ldquo;But it took 90 days to get an offer instead of 30.&rdquo;</p>
<p>Pending sales of single-family homes and condos in the Seattle area fell by a third in September from the same month last year, according to data from the Northwest Multiple Listing Service. The number of homes on the market has also been rising fast.</p>
<p>Edward E. Leamer, an economist at the University of California, Los Angeles, said the declines in Seattle and elsewhere should not be surprising because they were also caught up in the housing boom that was fueled by low interest rates and lax lending standards.</p>
<p>&ldquo;Finance is not local,&rdquo; he said as a counterpoint to the maxim that real estate is local. &ldquo;The availability of mortgages at extremely easy terms affected every home in the United States.&rdquo;</p>
<p>The Case-Shiller indexes, which Mr. Shiller created with Karl E. Case, an economics professor at Wellesley College, track same-home sales over time in an effort to remove the influence of the changing composition of properties sold from month to month. The government has a similar index based on mortgages bought by <a title="More information about Fannie Mae." href="http://topics.nytimes.com/top/news/business/companies/fannie_mae/index.html?inline=nyt-org">Fannie Mae</a> and <a title="More information about Freddie Mac." href="http://topics.nytimes.com/top/news/business/companies/freddie_mac/index.html?inline=nyt-org">Freddie Mac</a> that covers more of the country but does not track sales where jumbo loans are used.</p>
<p>Stocks fell modestly after the latest home price data was released Wednesday morning, but the market closed essentially flat for the day.</p>

        <title><![CDATA[搬家好累啊]]></title>

		<p>又是一次让人筋疲力尽的搬家啊~!! 动用了2.5吨车 5个人力 大半天 才勉强搞定（勉强是因为只把东西从A地打包移到B地，而在B地还没有进行拆包的工作） 真是崩溃的啊~!</p>
<p>数数这已经是我们在杭州第5次搬家了，第一次没动用大车，两个人加起来不到几包东西；第二次叫了车，但东西比较少，勉强把车子填平，觉得老不合算；第三次刚好能把车填平，这下心理平衡了，没亏；第四次满满一车，有床有柜有电视，颇像90年代初农村娶媳妇是搬嫁妆的车，搬家师傅一脸郁闷：你们不是说才丁点东西吗.......第五次，也就是这一次，这个车已经承载不了我们的压力了，整整装满一大车还有老多东西多，只能两次人力在回去搬余下的，悲哀啊~!!</p>
<p>不过在兄弟们的协助下，整个搬家的过程还是进行的有条不翁，尤其是wentaook同学，在接到短信后立马睡眼惺忪的赶来协助；小杰百忙中也赶来协助；junior在有业务在身的情况下也义不容辞的加入（虽然后来由于业务繁忙中途退场）~!</p>
<p>再一次让人失望的是吴指导，每次搬家前都一口应承下来担任主力，但每一次都只有承诺没有行动（这次还作为我新房东的身份），实在是让人感到悲哀，悲哀~!!</p> <a href="http://hi.baidu.com/cassy913/blog/item/879e1e38afa544c6d46225ce.html">阅读全文</a>

        <title><![CDATA[Google Closes In on DoubleClick Deal &#60;贴Google新闻不会被查处吧？&#62;]]></title>

The Federal Trade Commission ruled Dec. 20 that it would not block Google's (<a rel="ticker" href="http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/snapshot/snapshot.asp?symbol=GOOG">GOOG</a>) proposed $3.1 billion acquisition of leading online ad-serving and tracking firm <a href="http://investing.businessweek.com/research/stocks/snapshot/snapshot.asp?capId=27707">DoubleClick</a>. The 4-1 decision in Google's favor marked a major win for the Web search Goliath, which is battling to expand its considerable share of the $30 billion online advertising market beyond tiny text ads related to Web queries.</p>
<p>But Google can't claim victory yet. The European Union's antitrust commission still needs to sign off on the merger before Google can begin incorporating DoubleClick into its business. That may not happen without Google agreeing to certain conditions, if at all. Already, the EU has raised concerns about its impact on consumer privacy. &quot;This is round one of a two-round battle,&quot; says Jeff Chester, executive director of the Center for Digital Democracy (CDD), a nonprofit public interest group that opposed the merger. &quot;The EU can kill the deal, there is no question about it.&quot;</p>
<p>The FTC said in its decision that it could only consider privacy concerns as they relate to marketplace competition. But it did issue a separate statement with some recommendations concerning online customer data collection and privacy.</p>
<p>一直听说Google想收购DoubleClick，现在总算快尘埃落定了，不得不说，现在Google的整个扩张趋势之猛几年前没有人能够想到。</p>
<p>最近在看一本书叫The Google Story，这个书挺搞笑的，在背面印着一句话：This book was not created, authorized, or endorsed by Google.Inc. 这个不禁让我想起电视剧中常看到的本故事纯属巧合 如有雷同 纯属巧合。虽然这么说，但书中作者还是带了相当大的主观感情，把Brin和Page几乎当成神一样来膜拜：斯坦福出过很多NB的人创办过很多NB的企业 其中有Sun, Yahoo, Cisco等等，但Brin和Page和他们所有人都不一样，他们更NB...... 现在书已经看了大半，感觉写的还是不错的，谁如果想了解一下Google拿来看看还是不错的。 书其实比较短，但由于最近事情比较多，一直停停看看，有几个章节还是比较精彩的。</p>
<p>其实一直以来我都站在微软一边，当年Google刚发迹的时候我就希望微软能够收购他或怎么招，总之将其扼杀在萌芽当中。可当年自身官司不断，结果让Google壮大到现在市值已经超过自己，无奈啊~! 我也一直以一个标准的软饭准则来指导自己的行动： IM用hotmail弃Gtalk，邮箱用hotmail弃Gmail，拼音用微软拼音而弃Google 拼音，连游戏机，我也买了以三红闻名的XBOX360.......除了搜索，这么多年来一直用Google，没怎么用过baidu，bs我把~!! 事实证明我对微软的忠心还是得到了相当的回报的：找工作的进程中，Google只让我面了一面，而微软，在带一点点运气成分下，我毅然杀到了北京ATC终面，要不是中途出现了一点点意外，说不定我就拿到他家offer了~! 不提了，低调。</p>
<p>但昨天对对几个邮箱都进行了下测试，发现hotmail比起gmail的迅捷，差距还是比较明显的...... 用了Google 拼音，发现比起最新微软拼音，也要好上不少。事实证明，和现在的Google相比，微软确实已经呈现出老态龙钟之相。不过这也不能怪M微软最近几年他家是四面投资，号称手下7个大事业部&lt;据说除了office和windows部门，其他部门都是年年亏本，live和游戏部尤其亏损严重&gt;，和各路诸侯征战。而Google这几年在技术和新产品方面的更新，大家有目共睹啊，而且完全是做到了为市场而创新。不像N年前的Apple，为了创新而创新......不过现在Apple也老NB，连续3年被评为最有创新力的公司，07的IPhone推出更是震撼全球，不知道GPhone什么是能能够进入观众的视野。</p>
<p>不过尽管在本职的软件和网络方向上屡战屡败，但凭着全世界最大的现金流量称号，虽然在新踏入的游戏领域每年亏本在15+亿美金在流失，但对于office和windows部门每年各自几百亿利润的支持下，这个亏损显得那么的微不足道。正是本着这种烧钱第一的作风，XBOX360硬是在有硬件硬伤的情况下，把SONY逼得喘不过气来。老子游戏做不过你，难道烧钱还烧不过你？大不了老子赛钱给游戏公司，看你PS3没有游戏厂商支持咋办~!</p>
<p>刚才提到我也买了Xbox360，说说近期玩的几个360游戏：</p>
<p>WE：开始以为这个游戏在360上面的表现会让我失望，结果恰好相反，开始踢高难度的时候竟然一下子没有适应那么快的攻防节奏，只是画面表现上略有不足。</p>
<p>Gears of War 战争机器：第一个打通关的射击游戏，套用一句经典的台词：很好 很强大~! 不得不服UT3的引擎之强大，迄今为止玩过最NB的360游戏。</p>
<p>NBA LIVE 2008： EA的一贯做分，画面一流，真实性二流。玩这个游戏一大感觉就是，最为封面人物，阿瑞纳斯实在是太强悍无比了。</p>
<p>NFS11，MF2，PGR4：都没有想象中好，相比之下，PGR4Z最能带来风驰电掣之感。NFS感觉是越做越滥了，不知道在搞什么东西。</p>
<p>HALO3：外界传的像神一样的作品，但总体感觉似乎差战争机器一个档次。我也终于明白M为什么要在去年PS3推出的那战争机器去对付他而不是这个。另一点就是，画面太花花绿绿了容易让人头晕，昨天玩了两个小时已经有很强烈的想吐的感觉了，太折腾了!</p>
<p>Call of Duty4：不错，很NB，只是没有中文版不好，玩鸟语版太累了。现场真实感很强，和战争机器比，更具有真实性，临场感。</p>

		<span>No.5 投名状 集结号<br>
上映已经有几天了 传说中口碑非常不错 传说有男人看了也会哭~! 具体打算下周2或者3去看 UME半价还是相当有吸引力的~! 集结号似乎也就要上映 很久没看电影感动了 希望冯小刚不要让我失望 下下周2或3如果有时间可以考虑 ~! UME的爆米花还是相当赞的 可惜比较贵 唉<br>

No.4 色戒 Lust Caution<br>
很多人看完说：有股蛋蛋的忧伤~! 载了一个版本 Lust.Caution.2007.REPACK.DVDRip.XviD-CiMG 可惜 虽然是Repack版本 但还是有删掉的情节~! 没有看全片 但看了学校某人做的视频截屏 精华的那10几分钟 场面非常宏大 纵然我阅片不少 但还是不能完全辨其真假~!<br>

No.3 贝奥武夫 Beowulf<br>
看电影连续两期都对这个电影做了特写 虽然到现在为止票房很一般 但一直以来对北欧神话总有一种特别的感觉 总想去探究这种神秘~! 期待国内能够引进 否则最多以我现在的配置顶多等720P看了<br>

No.2 我是传奇 I am Legend<br>
威尔.史密斯是我比较喜欢的中生代演员之一 &lt;还有马特.达蒙和基努.李维斯&gt; 暑假的时候马特的谍影重重3着实火了一把 年末的时候史密斯也没有让人失望 虽然大部分评论都说我是传奇的结尾过分草 但光光就票房来说还是呈现无敌状态的<br>
