General Profile Of The Enterprise: Huaihe Machinery Co., Ltd. of Anhui Province is a public-owned middle size enterprise which is a designated “backbone” enterprise to manufacture circular knitting machine with more than 30 years of design and manufacturing experiences and popular products all around the world. 

The company is located in the high and new tech development park of Bengbu, which is at the provincial level. It now has RMB86 million of fixed assets and occupies 11.9 hectares of land  and has the processing techniques of machinery production, accurate casting, hot-surface treatment, cold processing , punching and pressing, tools and molds production and machinery repairs, etc and has installed special purpose production lines of knitting machines, such as big parts, triangular, needle tube and assembly with a complete quality assurance system. It is a second grade measurement unit nationally. Through several times of technical renovation currently it has reached the capacity of producing 5000 sets of large and small circular knitting machines annually.

This company now has 710 employees, among them 145 at duty and the technical staff shares 25% of the total number. The company focused on developing new products, such as Z113DK computer-controlled weft jacquard circular knitting machine which is the first invention and was confirmed as the “Important New Product of National Level” by the National Scientific Committee and other four ministries in 1997.  Presently it has a complete series of products and can satisfy different needs of customers. The company also enjoys very good cooperative relations with China Academy of Science, the university of Science and Technology of China, the Textile University of China, Hefei Polytechnic university and the No.214 Research Institute of the Ministry of Electronics, etc. It realized RMB4.73 million of output with sales income of RMB2.29
