scp 远程拷贝

scp root@10.5.0.1:/root/firewall.tar.gz ./

scp /home/cheney/full.tar.gz root@10.5.0.1:/home/root/

scp -r root@10.5.0.1:/mail/* ./ （拷贝整个目录下的所有文件）

需要输入相应的用户名和密码

scp是有Security的文件拷贝，基于ssh登录。

不同的Linux之间拷贝文件常用有3种方法：
第一种就是ftp，也就是其中一台Linux安装ftp Server，这样可以另外一台使用ftp的client程序来进行文件的拷贝。

第二种方法就是采用samba服务，类似Windows文件复制的方式来操作，比较简

Ubuntu LiveCD 拯救硬盘数据

Ubuntu LiveCD如8.10可以在硬盘无法启动时，从光盘启动，可以将硬盘的数据拷贝到其他移动硬盘或U盘。
其中有一个root密码的问题，可以用sudo passwd root来设置一个新的root密码。

Meld ubuntu的文件比较和合并程序

Meld is a visual diff and merge tool. You can compare two or three files and edit them in place (diffs update dynamically). You can compare two or three folders and launch file comparisons.
