大家好，
已经都好久没有写文章了。。。时间过得好快呀。 i remember that one of my friends told me that as we age, time flies faster and faster before you even realized it.
我的夏天过得很爽，回国玩耍了三个月份， 其实也不单纯是玩，很大的一部分时间还是用在了工作上， 当然了还有体验奥运风情。 暑假的时间大部分用来collect data for my dissertation. 走访了不少的高校，采访了30多个有名望的公共关系方面的老师， 感觉很有收获。还有啦，个人感觉公共关系在中国发展的很快，是一个很有前景的专业 |

无意中听了一首老歌，白发亲娘，让我想起了母亲，心里好难受呀。。。忍不住地流下了热泪。。。我已经快两年没有回家了，很是想念。 我想这种感觉只有有着在异国他乡生活的人才能够真正的理解。我希望父母一切都好吧。

Many times, we look at the outside to empower us. Yet, the real empowerment comes from within. We cannot see the beauty of the world unless we see the beauty of ourselves. 美国最近的枪杀案让我意识到了什么是生命中最宝贵的东西, 其实,就是生命的本身. 它是那么的普通, 普通得我们从来不会去多想它; 它又是那么的不普通, 没有生命, 人类寸步难行!

如果你发现你的人生并不是你所要的理想的人生, 则意味着你该做些事情改变现状了.
人们不喜欢改变, 因为那很麻烦. 我们喜欢安于现状. 每天上学或上班, 我们喜欢走同样的路,做饭和吃饭我们有特定的风格, 做事情有特定的思路和方式.... 这些东西一旦形成后, 就成了习惯....久而久之, 就成了自然而然的东西....就这样, 一个人会糊里糊涂地过一生, 自己成了自己的奴隶....这就是可怕的怪圈....只有你自己才可以打破这个怪圈....
