方舟保健品有限公司在一个商品交易会上有一个展位。从丹麦来的客商Mr.Clauson来到展位前,对该公司的按摩椅产生兴趣。该公司的推销员Wang Hai给Mr.Clauson介绍自己的产品。

W : Welcome to our show booth .I'm Wang Hai from Ark Health Products Company Limited .
   Would you like to look at our products ?
C : Hi,I'm Clauson from Denmark .I found these massage chairs very interseting .
W : Oh, these are our new models .Look at this one ,
   it's designed especially for the people between 30and 40.
C : Really ? What's special about it ?
W : Many people between 30 and 40 are stressed out from owrk .
    Since they usually work in office all day ,they tend to have a neck pain and back pain .
    You see this chair is designed to rub their neck and upper back .
C : May I try this ?
W : Sure (seats Mr.Clauson in the chair )
C : (after a while ) Wow,this feels so good .I'm sure this will help me save money paid for a chiropractor .
    How do I operate this ? Is it easy ?
W : Yes ,very easy .First ,you need to plug it in .There is a control panel on this armrest.
   You press "Power" button to switch it on and off .
   You can press "Mode"button to choose a mode .
   In this model ,we have two modes "Rub"and "Pound".
C : Now I feel like a hand is rubbing my back .So the machine is in "Rub"mode .
W :That's right . If you choose "Pound"(does something on the control panel ),
    you would feel like somebody is pounding you with a harmmer lightly .
C : Yeah .Grate ! What about the other models ?
W : Let me show you ...

王:欢迎到我们的展位来。我是方舟保健品有限公司的王海。你想看一下我们的产品嘛?
克:嗨,我是克劳森,从丹麦来的。我觉得这些按摩椅很有趣。
王:哦,这些是我们的新型号。请看这个,这是专为30至40岁的人设计的。
克:是嘛?它有什么特别之处?
王:很多30至40岁的人都觉得工作压力很大,由于他们通常整天在办公室里工作,很多人有颈椎痛或脊椎痛。
    你看这把椅子的设计就是按摩颈部跟后背上部。
克:我可以试一下嘛?
王:当然(让克劳森先生坐在椅子上)
克:(过了一会儿)哇,感觉真好。我相信这会帮我节约看脊椎科医生的钱。我怎么操作这台机器?简单吗?
王:是的,非常简单。首先你把它接上电源。在这个扶手上有一个控制板。你按“电源”钮,打开和关闭这台机器。
   你按“功能”钮来选择一种功能,在这种型号里面,我们有“揉”和“捶”两种功能。
克:现在我觉得好像一只手在揉我的后背,这一定是“揉”的功能了。
王:是的,如果你选择“捶”(在控制面板上做了些什么),你会感到好像有人用锤子轻轻敲打你。
克:是的,真棒!你们其他型号怎么样?
王:我给看看。。。。。。





在一个轻工业产品展销会上,朝阳文具有限公司在展销自己的一种新型彩笔。现在该公司的销售经理Mr.Chen 正向一位美国客商Mr.Simpson先生介绍这种产品。

C : Good morning .This is the booth of Sunrise Stationery Company Limited .
    I'm Dazhong Chen ,the sales manager .
S : Hi,Mr.Chen .I'm Jeff Simpson .I see you are supplier of stationery .
C : Yes ,we are .Our business line mainly includes atationery for school kids .such as pens ,pencils ,erasers ,markers etc.
S : I would like to see some of your markers .
C : See ,this is our new product .The ink is fluorescent.So the colors are very bright and eye-catching .
    The ink dries fast too .The painted pictrues look very neat .
S : Sounds good !(draws a few lines with the markers on a piece of paper )These are beautiful colors .
C : When we first put this product onto the market ,
   we didi a survey and concluded tht both kids and parents liked this kind better than the old one .
And is has another feature .
S : Oh ?What is it ?
C : One end of the marker is a normal marker ,the other end is a stamp of kids' favorite figures .
S : (pulls the cap off the tail and tries it )This is a kitty ,very cute .
C : For these markers ,we are having a promotion .
    If you place an order at the trade fair ,you'll get 10%off the original price .
S : Great .Let's talk about it .

陈:早上好,这里是朝阳文具有限公司的展位。我是销售经理陈大中。

辛: 听上去很棒!(用几只彩笔在纸上画了几条线)这些颜色很漂亮。
陈: 当我们最初把这产品推向市场时,我们做过一个调查。结论是比起老式的彩笔,小孩子和家长更喜欢这种。
   它还有另外一个特点呢。
辛:哦?是什么?
陈: 它一头是一支正常的彩笔,另一头是孩子们喜欢的形象图章。
辛:(将一头的笔帽拔掉,试一下)这是只小猫,非常可爱。
陈:我们正在促销这种彩笔,如果你能在展会上订货的话,你能得到在原价基础上打9折。
辛:好极了!我们来谈谈。





在一次电信产品的展销会上,益新电子有限公司的Wang 先生正在宣传自己的手机系列产品。一位菲律宾客商Ms.Cruz走到展台前,向他询问有关这些产品的情况。

C : Excuse me ,I'm attracted by your cellular phones .I'm Winnie Cruz from the Pinlippines .
W : Hi ,Miss Cruz .I'm Wang Liang ,doing sales for Yixin Electronics Corporation .
    I'd like to introduce our products to you .
C : Thank you very much .
W :We've developed ten models of cellular phones .They are all here .The higher as the model number goes .
    the more advanced functions the cellular phone has .
C : I see (pick up a phone )What about this one ?
W : This one really presents what high-tech can bring us .It does not look much different from the other.
    But we'll think it's really thin and light if we consider how many functions it has .
    It supports call waiting ,caller ID ,short messages and global roaming as well .
    You can even connect to the Internet .
C : But many cellular phones have these functions ,too .
W : This phone also has a bulit-in camera .So the person who's talking with you can see you if he used the same kind of phone .Do you even connect to the Internet .
C :Yes ,please !

克:打扰了。我是被你的移动电话吸引过来的。我是从菲律宾来的温妮。克鲁兹。

克:非常感激。

克:我明白了,(拿起一个电话)这部怎么样?
王:这部手机真的能够体现出高科技技能为我们带来什么。他看上去和其他手机差不多,
    但是如果我们考虑到他有那么多功能,就觉得他又薄又轻了。它支持待机,来电显示,短信息,
    还有全球漫游 ,你甚至可以用它上互联网。
克:但是大多数手机都有这些功能啊!
王:这个手机有一个内置的摄像机。所以如果与你通话的人也持同样手机的话,他就能够看到你,
   想让我演示一下嘛?
克:是的,请!





三、展览促销


在采用展示促销时,卖方应该注意:

1、一般有新产品问世,才采用此促销形式。

2、促销人员要准确了解产品性能,并能做到熟练演示。

3、产品说明书语言要通俗、易懂。

4、参展时,合同等有关文件携带齐全以备现场看货,现场成交。



买方应该注意的是:

1、参加促销会之前,尽量收集相关产品的信息,以防被动。

2、制定有关的采购计划,忌盲目购进

美国沃尔特斯贸易公司亚洲业务部经理D.Miller 为了联系业务决定到中国进行商务访问。他的联系人就是中国工艺品进出口公司的Li Ming 。下面是两个人为了安排这次商务会面进行的交谈。

M : Hi,Li.I've decided to teke a business trip to Beijing .I hope I could see you then .
L : That's great ! I hope you can come to our company and we can talk in person .
   Have you booked your plane ticket?
M : Yes ,I just got my ticket.
L : When will you be here ?
M : I'm going to arrive in Beijing on May 6,and leave on May 11.
L : Ok,you'll be here from May6~11.What tome will you fly in ?
    Do you want me to pick you up at the airport ?I would like to .
M : Oh,yes .If it's not too much trouble for you .
L : Not at all .
M : My flight number is CA 211.I'll arrive the Capital Airport at 3:25pm ,May 6.
L : Ok ,I get it . I will meet you then .
M : Will you please to help me another favor ?
L : Yes .What can I do for you ?
M : Will you please help me reserve a hotel room ?I'll pay for it ,
    but I really don't know what hotels there are in Beijing .
L : Ok. don't worry about it .How much would you like to pay for a room ?
M : Around 60~70dollars per night for a single room .
L :All right .I'll book it for you ,then send you details by Email .

米:李,你好。我已经决定到北京出差。希望到时候能见到你。
李:太好了!我希望你能来我们的公司,那样我们可以面谈了。你订了飞机票了嘛?
米:是的,我刚拿到票。
李:你什么时候来啊?
米:我5月6号到北京,5月11号离开。
李:好的,我5月6号到11号你会在这,班机什么时候到?你需要我到机场接你嘛?我很愿意去。

李:根本不麻烦。
米:我的航班号是CA211,5月6号下午3:25分到达首都机场。
李:好的,我知道了,到时候见。
米:你能再帮我一个忙嘛?
李:当然,我能为你做什么?
米:你能帮我预订一个宾馆房间嘛?我来付账,但是我不知道在北京有什么宾馆。
李:别担心,你想付多少钱呢?
米:单人房间,一天大约60~70美元吧。
李:好的,我为你预订,再把具体情况发电子邮件通知你。




Li Ming 来到首都机场迎接Mr.Miller 。在刚下飞机的人群中,Li Ming 找到了Mr.Miller,这是两人第一次见面。寒暄之后,两人驱车前往下榻的饭店。

L : Excuse me .Are you Mr.Miller?
M : Yes .I'm .You must be Li Ming .
L : Yes .It's really nice to meet you .
M :Yeah .We've talked on the phone for so many times . and we finally can meet .
L : How was your trip ?
M : It was quite ok .The plane was not really full so that I could stretch a little bit .
L : That's good .Is all of your luggage here ?
M : Yes ,that's all .Shall we go ?
L : This way ,please .Tha car is in thr parking lot over there (a minutes later ,in the car )
    I'll send you to your hotel first .You can check in . Then it will be almost dinner time .
    I would like to take you to dinner .
M : Great ! I really like Chinese food .
L : You'll have authentic Chinese food in the six days .You must be tried from the travelling .
    and may have a jetlag .So I think tonight we just have a relaxing dinner ,and you can go to back to hotel early .
M : Tha arrangement sounds very good .Thank you for being so considerate .

李:打搅了,你是大卫。米勒先生嘛?
米:是的,我是,你一定是李明吧?
李:是的,真高兴和你见面。
米:是啊,我们通过那么多次电话,总算见面了。
李: 你的旅途如何?
米:还可以。飞机没坐满,所以我还可以稍微伸展一点。
李:那很好。你的行李都在这儿嘛?
米:是的,都在,我们走嘛?
李:这边请,车停在那边的停车场。(几分钟后,在车上)我先把你送到饭店,你可以登记入住,
   然后差不多就是晚饭时间了,我很愿意带你去吃晚餐。
米:太好了,我真的喜欢中国菜。
李:这6天你会吃到真正的中国菜。你可能旅游劳累而且要有时间差感。所以我想今晚我们就吃一个轻松的晚餐。
然后你可以早点回旅馆。
米:这个安排听起来很好,谢谢你考虑这么周到。




在大卫。米勒到达北京的第二天早上,他要到中国工艺品进出口总公司与李明及其同事会面。李明早上8:30分来到饭店接他,并同他讨论了这一两天的安排。

L : Good morning .Mr.Miller .Did you have a good sleep ?
M : Good moring .Li .My room is very comfortable .Yes ,I had a good rest .Now I'm refreshed .
L : So you are ready for a day's trip ?
M :Yes .Are we going to your company now ?
L : Yes ,everything will be as what we've planned .First ,we go to my company .You'll meet a few of my coworkers.
    And we'll have a meeting roughly from 9:30 to 11:30.
M : And are we going to visit a factory after lunch ?
L : Yes ,exactly .We're doing business with many manufactures throughout China .
    THis afternoon we are going to show you the one close to here , in the countryside or Beijing .
   We'll ddrive there .
M : As I know ,it's a privately-held factory ,right ?
L : Yes ,it is ,and is fairly big .That's the plan for today .tomorrow we'll drive to Tianjin to visit another factory there .
   And if you like ,we can go to see the Tianjin Port ,too .
M : Very good ! Can I pay a visit to your warehouse ?
L : Yes ,you can .We'll take you there on the 8th morning .
M :Excellent .

李:早上好,米勒先生。你睡的好嘛?
米:早上好,李。我的房间很舒适,是的,我休息的很好,现在觉得精神焕发。
李:所以你今天的行程做好准备了嘛?

李:对,我们和遍布全国的许多制造商都有业务往来,今天下午我们带你去附近的一个。就在北京的郊区,我们开车去。
米:据我所知,这是一家私人控股的公司,对嘛?
李:是的,而且相当大,今天就是这些活动,明天我们开车去天津,参观另外一家工厂。如你所愿,我们还可以去看看天津港。
米:非常好!我可以去参观我们的仓库嘛?
李:可以,8号上午我们会带你去。
米:好极了!



四、接待访问


在接待来访时,接待者应该注意的问题:

1、事先做好调查,尽量了解来访者的意图,以便做好周密的安排。

2、尊重来访者的宗教习惯,生活上照顾的细致入微,忌奢侈浪费。尽量把来访者的行程安排的科学、紧凑。

3、接待者要尽量配合来访者,通过你的接待,将公司的科学管理,卓著信誉展示给对方。
