		<p align="left">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  原用插脚式的LED，显示效果较差，最后改为贴片式LED，尽管制作起来很费神，但出来的效果的确好了许多。由于采用的是无线送电方式，加上风扇本身为无刷电机，运行非常稳定而且噪声很小。<br>

        <title><![CDATA[POV辉光管时钟使用的升压电路]]></title>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  开始动手做POV辉光管时钟了，此时最关键的问题是辉光管高压驱动问题。点亮辉光管需要的160~200V的高压，只能考虑从5~12V的电压升压得到。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  网上可以搜索到许多这方面的资料，只是没有找到感觉十分满意的。我的要求是：<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  1. 元件容易找到，且一致性要好，这样就不考虑采用升压变压器方案，用电感自激升压。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  2. 提供升压的电压在5V~12V之间。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  3. 因51单片机自身可产生可调方波，这样可完全免去升压电路中的振荡部分。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  没办法，还是自己参考别人的电路自己搭了一个升压电路，通过两天的测试感觉不错。不到5V就能点亮辉光管，在8V时辉光管充分点亮，此时电流0.2安左右。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  由于驱动程序采用定时中断方式，使得驱动升压子程序对主程序的影响减少到最小。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  电路已经考虑到避免单片机出现死机时驱动端口会产生持续高电平烧场效应管情况。</p>

<p>这是我的《51单片机POV趣味制作详解》一书的制作之一。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  这个mini POV的虽然体积很小，仍然有很多有趣的功能：<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  1。2进制时钟<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  2。POV时钟<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  3。字符POV显示<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  为节约电能延长使用时间，可关闭LED功能。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  这东西有多种玩法：添加一个表带就成为POV手表，加个钥匙环就成钥匙挂。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  当然你还可以创新一下，添加一个验钞功能就更加实用了。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  此制作的难点和亮点是双键调控的处理，因作品的体积和硬件接口的限制，利用两个键组合完成显示模式、调整设置和显示开关等选择转换。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  考虑到体积小及低电压，选用的是AT89C2051单片机。这是书中唯一需要编程器的制作。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  因要不断调试程序，给芯片加了一个座子，实际制作时就不需要了。</p>

		<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  在做我的MINI POV时，考虑到空间有限，必须简化结构，尽量减少按键数量，最后设计只用两个按键作模式转换和时间调整，这样，需将其中的一键&ldquo;单键复用&rdquo;，采用最常见的是&ldquo;短击&rdquo;、&ldquo;长击&rdquo;和&ldquo;双击&rdquo;三种模式。这样一来编程就成了问题。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  然而，真不明白一个简单的&ldquo;单键复用&rdquo;的问题居然在网上还找不到合适的现成的程序，找到的也是一些高深莫测的（还用上什么状态机之类的）东西。没办法，还是自己动手吧！<br>

&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  做旋转led最头疼的是如何给高速旋转的电路系统供电，除直接用电池供电的方法外（显然并不实用），用电刷送电的方法为最常见的，不过这种方法因电刷的磨损问题及由电刷产生的噪声很难处理好。如有条件的话用发电方式供电是最佳方案。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  这个自发电旋转LED用底座主轴电机为淘汰的LD机子里拆得的，特别地加了一个铝制外壳。发电机用的电机为古董大软驱里拆得的，带磁铁的圆盘固定在铝制的外壳上，线圈部分则与主轴一同旋转。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  第一张图中的白色环状边一白点状的东西为LED，是直接焊接在引线上的。后一张图为电机旋转后的情形。</p>
<p align="left">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  这个底座是为我即将开工的32位三色（可产生七色）旋转LED显示屏作准备的。</p>

<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  平时喜欢用单片机做各种时钟，感觉围绕&ldquo;时钟&rdquo;这个主题能有无限的创意。也喜欢收藏一些有特色古董时钟。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  之前我已经收藏有一只飞机上用的<a target="_blank" href="http://hi.baidu.com/52_diy/blog/item/eed2197fc85d230d28388a18.html">航空时钟</a>，最近又寻得一只二十年前生产的201型坦克时钟。当发条上满后，时钟能连续走时至少6昼夜，当环境温度-25摄氏度以下时通过加27伏电压保证正常工作。<br>
&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;  再补两张图片。</p>
