I. Rules
AI subforum specific rules. You might want to read this before making any new topic / posts.
- Global forum rules also apply here. Please make sure to read them.
- Mapmakers and editors, please make a new topic for each version you have created.
- This subforum is moderated by Green_Sliche. If you have any questions, please contact either Green_Sliche or King Fear via PM, or ask them in this thread.
- Do not post asking where to get the newest AI versions. Maps that are official or approved will be pinned and announced when available.
- AI maps by Cloud_str are official. AI+ maps by lazyfiend (RGB) are approved. You may find other AI maps by browsing the rest of the subforum.
- Do not post anything NOT related to the AI versions, regular DotA issues go to General Discussion or other appropriate forums.
- General suggestions regarding the AI can be posted in their own threads but keep feedback for specific versions in their specific topics.

II. FAQ
Find answers here before asking.
- AI maps are basically the same as a regular DotA map, with the exception that you can add AI (Artificial Intelligence, meaning computer controlled) players to the game.
- If you're new to DotA, and don't know which AI map to use, or you want rather easy bots that are random, choose v6.38b AI v1.94 by Cloud_str.
- The map with the best & hardest AI is v6.48b AI+ v1.52 by RGB/Lazyfiend.
- Some of maps in here may be compressed using .zip or .rar --> to unzip them, first download Winrar.
- After you have download the map, put it on your "Warcraft 3: The Frozen Throne" map folder. For example: C:\Program Files\Warcraft III\maps\download. You also need the latest patch for WarCraft III: TFT from Blizzard. When you start up WarCraft III: TFT, in the bottom right hand corner of the main screen, it should say "1.21". If it doesn't, then download the latest patch (1.21) at Blizzard Support.

- Please note that AI maps are not easy to create, and it may take some time for a decent AI for the latest map. You may often find that the newest AI map is a few versions behind the latest DotA version.
说的貌似是AI的地图跟一般的DOTA差不多。唯一不同的是可以加电脑一起玩而已。
如果你对DOTA都不熟悉。更别说AI版本的。那 他的建议就是你下载6.38版本的AI.玩玩儿。熟悉了再玩其他的新版本地图。
地图要保存再魔兽文件夹里面的Maps文件夹下面。然后建的时候找到相应的位置就好。
再就是可能很多的版本 需要魔兽的版本是1.21的才能玩。也就是说。如果你下载的AI、DOTA不能玩的话。检查一下你魔兽的版本。如果你不知道那下载1.21版本的话。给我留言我帮你解决。
个人最喜欢的AI版本是6.43的。但现在最推荐的是6.48版本的AI地图。所以。如果你喜欢玩AI版本的。建议你玩儿一下。6.43的和6.48的。

- Cloud_str - currently inactive in AI making (possibly retired).
- DotA Mercenaries 2.17 - warning, loading time is much longer than usual. The difference between difficulty levels (easy, normal, and insane) is also quite large, because the AI gets bonus stats (and other bonuses) on normal and insane.
DAII DOWNLOAD & LINKS:
I've added a link to directly download DAII v1.2 so that you can add DAII to the newest map (or any other map) if you want to test it. Don't forget to refresh the page if getdota doesn't show the latest map for you.

另外你下载下来的都是英文版的地图。肯定有很多都用的不习惯。也再找中文版的AI。具体来说。连DOTA、AI等都是几个人志愿做出来的。没有专门的公司来服务。大家也都有自己的事情。所以大家就将就吧。
给个好的建议就是：如果你英文不好。你可以先玩DOTA。汉化了的相应版本嘛。先熟悉地图。然后再玩英文版本AI的时候。你看着图标就知道什么是什么啦。哈哈。@！
