去年好像年底时候James Brown辞世了，我之前虽然知道他很有名，但对他的音乐比较模糊，大略听过几首没太注意。后来专门搜来其代表作，仔细听了几遍，才拍案叫绝！真有点相见恨晚的感觉，唉，难怪说失去的才珍贵！可能大多数朋友乍一听和我刚开始一样，觉得没什么新奇。但反复听四五遍乃至十几遍之后，我开始品出滋味来了～！James Brown的节奏是真正能挑动你的神经，不像那些极其热闹极其炫酷的表面下灵魂苍白的泛泛之作，他的歌是一种发自内心的愉悦，一种情不自禁的摇摆。这就是经典与平庸的区别。除了这首《Sex Machine》，James Brown在国内另一首有名的歌《I Feel Good》也是我非常喜欢的！
