6. Force Majeure

6.1 For any parties as a result of a serious fire, flood, earthquake, etc., as well as other mutually agreed force majeure affect the execution of the contract, then shall delay the execution time of the contract equivalent to the above-mentioned influencing time.

6.2 The influenced party shall promptly notify the other party
